Grabbed coffee before heading to the gym and placed an online order for a sandwich to have for lunch. They had plenty of coffee flavors available and were brewing more as some flavors were empty. Decided to grab a sausage bagel Sizzli also. The bagel still had moisture and there was ample egg also. Great on the go breakfast option.

I love this wawa!! It's by SeaWorld!! And if you own a tesla which I don't lol! They have tesla charging stations! I love all.ofbtbe variety of wawa especially their Hoagies! Lol You can get a handmade hoagie and order through a kiosk to go! Also the have bbq sandwiches and cheeseburgers made to order! Especially if you're going to parks and don't have alot if time! They also make coffees and hand blended coffees in the morning to order at kiosk! Which are all delicious! Also get the wawa app to earn rewards for free food and drinks! You can stock up on water and food to go to the water parks or SeaWorld close by! Truly a gem! Also on the app you can pay for gas directly from your phone you don't have to go inside or even touch the gas pump card pay! It's awesome! Next time you go to wawa order a shake or a hoagie! You won't be disappointed!

    A nice wawa

It certainly has a diner feel, so it's definitely not fine dining, and despite potentially large crowds due to events going on throughout the week, its flow is well managed and long lines don't take too long to get through. I stopped by with a party of 2 right after morning rounds of competitions in the convention center, and hopped in line around 11:15 am on a weekday. The line looked long at first but only took 10 minutes to get through. We sat down to order and was informed that they were still in the tail end of breakfast service so lunch would start at 11:30 am. So we sat for a bit and then the waiter came back around to take our lunch order. Sandwiches and burgers are ~$20 so closer to $25-30 after tax and tip. We got the B-Line Burger and Grilled Chicken Burger. Both were great and the fries that came with them were excellent as well. Portions are between fair and generous, and after a nice shared key lime pie to round out the lunch, we left satisfied. Ambiance is casual and service was good. Check it out if you're in the area!

I ordered a gluten-free cheeseburger as a lettuce wrap and specifically asked the employee to change his gloves before preparing my food. I watched the entire process and he never did. To make matters worse, they had run out of cheese slices and substituted cheese sauce without asking or informing me. I should have been informed and given the choice, not handed a burger with a substitution I never agreed to. Cheese sauce typically contains thickeners that may not be gluten-free, and I had no way of knowing whether it was safe for me to eat. When I raised my concerns with the manager, it was clear he had no understanding of cross-contamination. For anyone with dietary restrictions or food sensitivities, this location is not safe. I've been a Shake Shack customer for over 20 years and have never had an experience this bad. This location stood out for all the wrong reasons: poor food handling, no regard for customer safety, and a level of dirtiness I've never seen at any other location. Avoid!

Due to the proximity we've eaten here a few times to get something quick and sadly, we have yet to encounter an employee who seems like they are happy to be there or somewhat enjoys their job. Getting someone's attention at the pick up counter to request ketchup (which they never include with your order) or a refill of your drink is next to impossible because none of the employees make eye contact with you when they are putting orders on the counter. Rather than anyone proactively asking "how may I help you?", you have to get their attention by interrupting their pattern of ignoring their customers or you would likely be standing there all day like you are invisible. On the receipt they give you, there is a survey that you can fill out to receive a free burger with the purchase of another burger. I filled it out and when we were there today, there was nowhere to add it to our order in the kiosk (and that's the only way to order food there). I had to choose the pay at the counter option and then had to wait again trying to get someone's attention to help me, because no one mans the counter! When I finally did, he said that he couldn't help me because to use the BOGO code they gave me from the survey, I needed a manager. He went to tell the manager what I needed and all I heard her say loudly was "he'll have to wait, I'm busy right now!". So I waited some more and finally she came over and helped me but she acted like I was an inconvenience and that she was doing me a favor. I'm guessing my order didn't actually start until after I paid because we had to wait even longer despite ordering from the kiosk 10 minutes prior. So while the food is what you would expect from Mickey D's and the convenience/location is great, the customer service there is severely lacking. Sadly it hasn't gotten any better in the 3 years we've been coming to this tournament. I know, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice (or more), shame on me! Sadly my kid likes their food. I also included a picture of my hamburger today - are they now using mini grape tomatoes in their burgers?

My nephew and I stopped in for a quick lunch and playtime, and we had a great experience. We ordered at the kiosk, took our number upstairs to the play area, and the staff was incredibly friendly. They brought our food to the table, helped with drink refills, and made the visit easy and enjoyable. The food was fresh, the play area was clean and well maintained, and there were plenty of kids playing while still feeling organized and welcoming. What makes this location special is the extensive menu that goes beyond a typical McDonald's, along with the large play area and arcade. We didn't use the arcade this visit, but it's a great option to have. Parking is free, and it's a fun, convenient way to spend an afternoon with kids without paying theme park prices. Based on my experiences here, I would absolutely recommend it to families with young children.

That's what made this one sting a little. Let me set the stage. I pull up to the Kissimmee location already knowing what I'm getting. This place has one job. Chicken. Not a massive menu. Not a bunch of distractions. Just chicken, fries, toast, slaw. Simple. Focused. The kind of setup where you expect consistency every single time. And then the tray hit the table. The chicken? Bland. Like no one introduced it to seasoning. And somehow also soggy. You know that moment when you bite in expecting that crispy crunch and instead you get... soft confusion? Yeah. That. It honestly felt like the oil wasn't hot enough. Which is kind of a big deal when frying is your entire identity. Now here's where it gets even more frustrating. Cane's sauce is usually the safety net. It can cover a lot of sins. Underseasoned chicken? Fine. Dip it, save it, move on. But it cannot fix texture. It cannot create crunch out of thin air. And when the crisp isn't there, the whole thing falls flat. The fries didn't do much to help the situation. Underdone. Under salted. Just kind of there. Taking up space. Not offensive, just disappointing. Like they almost made it to the finish line and then decided to clock out early. And here's the part that really gets me. When you only do one thing, you have to nail it. Every time. No excuses. No off days. No close enough. This isn't a diner with a 10-page menu. This is chicken. How do you forget to make it crispy? Now, credit where it's due. The Texas toast? Still elite. Buttery, golden, doing exactly what it's supposed to do. The coleslaw? Fresh, crisp, actually refreshing. And the staff here? Friendly, efficient, and the food came out quick. No complaints on the service side at all. So now I'm sitting there having this internal debate. Because I know what Raising Cane's can be. And this wasn't it. somewhere in the middle of that meal it hit me that I went out of my way for this and got a version that felt like it cut corners That's a tough pill to swallow in an area like Kissimmee where you've got options everywhere you turn. Great food is not hard to find around here. Which makes subpar chicken stand out even more. Three stars. And that feels generous based on the sides and the service carrying the weight. But let's be clear. I'm usually a five star guy when it comes to Raising Cane's. This just wasn't that day. And when your whole brand is built on doing one thing right, you don't get a pass when that one thing misses.

My husband and I tried and shared a few dishes so we could make the most of our first time here. It did not disappoint. We both had our own Original Corn Dog. It came out hot and fresh. Not greasy, and not just a bunch of batter like some places but the perfect blend and balance - it was so tasty. And oh that cheese pull! The Bulgogi bowl was good, noodles, veg, rice, beef, but it wasn't a standout to me having had similar bowls at other Korean eateries. I also was surprised it didn't have kimchi and just plain cabbage. Cilantro sauce was a bit too mayonnaise-y and not enough cilantro for me. Next super star are the butter wings. Wow! I'm not even a butter on everything person, but the wings were fried without too much coating and the butter gave them such an amazing flavor all melty and moist. The Sweet ginger wings (we got a six piece and did half and half) was also very good. I'd like to dump that sauce on the bulgogi bowl to kick it up a notch. They are a little pricey, but delicious and fill you up quickly. We tried the Mango Cream Chiller because yes I fall for a good what's gone viral on TikTok and I wanna try it and it was very good.
