Good. I am a frequent flyer at Wawa. I got my gas this morning for $.30 off per gallon because I had points and my coffee which was coffee. Connie was great. Bad: I usually get coffee and a parfait, which is what I did this morning. I have to say the parfait was the worst I've ever had from a Wawa. There wasn't enough yogurt in the cup to cover the granola that comes with it much less than strawberries. I was extremely disappointed. Hopefully Wawa read this and fixes the issue. Still one of my favorite local fashion stations to stop t if I want fas, snacks, drinks, and lotto. They do have self checkout stations now, which is still a mixed bag for me. I personally like the interaction with an employee. BUT, you can scan and go quick if there is little to no line. Hot foods are still orderable through kiosks and yhere is a bevy of beverage and snack options. There is also a self service lotto machine, bit remember you need exact change as the machine doesn't give you change. Overall, easy place to fuel up and get back ok the road. Gas sisnt the cheapest so I'll only go here when I want other stuff. read more

Wawa in general is a great gas station. However, not this Wawa. On their app they keep making meatball subs available for order, but oftentimes do not have it when I go to pick up. The management of the store is terrible, when I asked her a refund it took forever and the manager told me I'd have to do it on the app which I can't. Then did it anyways after I told him they did it last time they ran out of meatball sandwiches. Don't waste my time, and run your store better and plan more appropriately. You could either update your app to not show what isn't available as you've done in the past or stock the actual effing product. You had a busy line and could have had reason to keep meatballs on. read more

Came in for our jalapeño pretzels which they had on the warmer so we grabbed 2. Excited to devour these things. After getting them and getting back on the road we noticed they were not as soft and fresh as usual and noticed the time stamp on the bag said best by and the time was about 25 minutes past the time we grabbed these. UGH. Ended up throwing more than half of mine away. read more

This Wawa location is the worst. I would overlook the snail pace of slow service when they just opened but last night was the final straw. I have ordered food via their mobile app on THREE separate occasions in the past 2 months. When I arrived 10-15 minutes later, my order is still not ready! I am still forced to stand around waiting for my order to be prepared, than on TWO occasions, they were OUT OF MAC AND CHEESE! Seriously! Manager says it takes 45 mins to make a new batch, so my order is now cancelled. Such a waste of time to place an order, wait 15 minutes watching employees make other orders to finally be told your food isn't even in stock. Not once, but TWICE. And the employee attitude is a shug of "oh well". I'll be visiting other Wawa locations were there is better run stores and customer service. read more

As a Wawa customer for the last 27 years, I can tell you that FL Wawas in general are messing up the brand with their lack of hygiene, specially at the coffee stations. This location is not the exception. There really is no reason why a coffee station should be dirty at 7:00 AM, nor any time for that matter. Note to management: go check out Wawas in NJ, PA, and DE... get a feel for the original Wawa culture. read more

Wawa is an all around enjoyable place to fill your tank in every sense. They usually have pretty good gas prices and they also offer a wide variety of drinks and snacks. I'm usually dead set against "gas station grub" but Wawa hardly fits that category. They have delicious coffee, even custom drinks like cold brew. The milkshakes are so stinkin' good. I honestly wish I'd never tried it. They also have a bunch of different sandwiches both hot and cold. For a quick grab, they've got ready made salads, fruit cups and yogurts. They offer so many great options, perfect for a quick lunch or snack. The store itself is spotless. The staff is friendly and fun to interact with. Even during the busy morning rush, they really do a great job maintaining the clean, friendly atmosphere. Overall, Wawa is a great addition to the Carrollwood area. This Wawa is great! It was a much needed gas station for this area! It tends to get busy, but I haven't had a problem finding parking or anything. My husband and I visit a lot, we get smoothies/milkshakes (so delicious) and the subs. I wasn't a huge fan of the breakfast sandwiches, but everything else there is delicious. Also, the wait time is pretty long for the food/drinks, but I'm sure when the hype is over it will get faster. Love it here! read more

I was very excited having this new location near me. It is a great stop on the way to work. But over the last month, they have been out of splenda at least five times. I don't use sugar or any of the other items. So i finally asked the clerk why are they always out of splenda. Her answer was that people take a hand full when making their coffee. So maybe you should order more since its always gone. I love WAWA coffee, but I think its pretty sad I have to bring my own splenda. read more
