So let's get into it. I walked up to the kiosk and punched in my order for my chicken salad sandwich on multigrain bread. The order is posted in my photos for this review. While waiting for my sandwich to be prepared I grabbed some jalapeño chips and a small mixed zero calorie soda. It took less than 10 minutes. I was in and out. The food was delicious. I even ended up returning two days later for the same thing. Give it a try. You have several sandwiches, chips and sodas to choose frim.

They are opened every day from 5:00 AM to Midnight. We were excited to give it a try. The store is bright, well organized and well stocked. The staff really welcoming and friendly. They were offering an opening special of 8 pieces of mixed Fried Chicken (2 breasts, 2 thighs, 2 wings and 2 legs) for $12.00. So, we stopped in and picked up the special. I can't begin to tell you how disappointed we were. The chicken was really greasy and it tasted like it had been cooked in old oil. We are not so sure we will return to this Royal Farm store again for chicken. We hear the one on Seminary Avenue is so much better.

The manager on duty, who was standing there doing paperwork, acted like he was doing me a favor not charging me for the sliders when they didn't have pickle... "that's OK she hasn't made it yet so don't charge him". I handed the cashier a $20 bill for the lottery ticket. He walked over to the machine and printed the ticket, put my $20 on edge between the closest register to the lottery machine and some boxes of merchandise, went to his register and opened it, fiddled with change for a second, closed it and handed me my lottery ticket but no change. When I pointed that out he fiddled with his till again and shrugged his shoulders. I pointed to the other register, the cashier retrieved my $20 and gave me my change. The manager was watching as the incident unfolded but did not intercede. I go to Royal Farms, although not this one, frequently as I make deliveries around the city ... most have good customer service although they do seem to be lowering their standards. This is one of the really bad ones; dingy, small with a very few choices and very poor customer service.

I've been refilling this medication for the past four months at this same location using GoodRx and paying cash -- because my out-of-state insurance doesn't cover it. Never had a problem until now. This time, the pharmacist and their assistant -- both of whom sounded completely untrained and uninformed -- insisted I couldn't pick up my medication without insurance. I explained that I've been paying out-of-pocket, using a discount card, and that this is entirely legal and standard practice. They told me that past fills were done as a "one-time courtesy," which is flat-out false. When I asked for an explanation, they simply repeated "rules are rules" and refused to engage in a reasonable conversation. They even hung up on me twice. I called my doctor, and she confirmed they were absolutely wrong and even called the pharmacy herself. Yet, the pharmacist continued to argue and block the fill -- even with a current, valid prescription and a doctor verifying it. This experience felt shady and incompetent. I've since transferred the prescription to another pharmacy with no issue at all. My advice? Steer clear of this place. They're uneducated on basic pharmacy procedure, unprofessional in their communication, and clearly not equipped to handle controlled substances or customer service. Thank God for iPhone recordings -- the world deserves to hear how absurd and unqualified these people are.

I don't know what is going on with Royal Farms but it seems like every store you go into has no fries and no chicken. They had small fries for one dollar the last three or four weeks but every time I ask for the small fries they told me it was gonna be 15 minutes before I could get the fries because they don't have any. I live in Baltimore county and I work in Howard . I go to Baltimore city regularly to visit a friend of mine and it seems like every royal farm store. I go to doesn't have any fries that are fresh!! They don't have any chicken breast at all, fresh or old. They say that their food is real fresh real fast, but it's not fresh at it's not fast at all. So I suggest going to Popeyes, KFC or McDonald's because Royal Farms is it's all talk and no action!
