This is a custom pie - pepperoni, sausage, onion, pepper, mushroom. Not for nothing, it HITS the spot. The sauce had a very nice flavor to it & lemme tell you, they do NOT cut you short of toppings. It looks, tastes as if they spread the sauce, spread the cheese, put toppings on the pie, cook it, "Here you go, enjoy!!" As the saying goes, "Less is more. I go back in to have it switched to the correct pump and the clerk at the register and the store manager says that it's nothing they can they do. So I'm just out of $15 for a simple mistake?! First, the sad news. Every time I get gas, they are ALWAYS out of window cleaner to clean my windows. Never is there any cleanser for my car windows. The good thing is their awesome bakery choices. The ambiance is iffy. You get all walks of life, so I just smile and do my business. The service depends on which cashier you get. I do love the food and it is 24hrs. 4 days after opening, at 6:00 pm, 5/4/25, went in to get a burger, soup, and a smoothie. The first thing I noticed was all the fingerprints on the glass door, the sun was hitting my back, noticed no overhang on the building for shade. Wanted to wipe the order screen with something before ordering, but there was nothing available. Received my burger and soup, I noticed about 25 people waiting for food and drinks. There was no coffee available, and the 2 girls making drinks seemed not to care. Waited about 10 minutes for my smoothie. Received my drink and went outside to eat, though there's no place to sit down and eat it. Driving home, the container lid for the burger slid off along with the soup, spilling some of it on the seat. The burger, soup, and drink were fairly good. read more

I am a huge fan of Wawa I am so glad to see they're expanding across the Sunshine State. Being from New Jersey, I have long known about the phenomenon known as Wawa. It is beyond the gas station, is a place to go to get a freshly sliced sub prepared 24/7. In addition to the subs, so they call them Hoagies, they have a great assortment of food plus the normal convenience store items. I would definitely recommend a visit here. read more

It's been a while since I stopped in again at this location. Nothing has changed, however it has gotten worse. First, the homeless have camped outside the door. Second, the store is dirty, coffee station looked as it hasn't been cleaned in days. I absolutely love Wawa sandwiches! I love how clean the store is and how efficient the ordering system is. It's a touch screen system in which you are asked to pick the type of sandwich, if you want it toasted, the toppings, and any side items. I love that they have so many options for different sauces you can put on your sandwhich. I recently tried there chipotle Mac n cheese and it's better than a lot of restaurants. After you are done ordering, a ticket with a number is printed out and you will then go to the register and pay for the sandwich. Avoid lunch time hours as there can be a bit of a line but they are generally fast in cranking out sandwiches. Another thing I love is the fact that my order is exactly the way I want it, they don't skip on anything you requested. The only con I have recently noticed is that even though they have a sign that says "you must wear a mask to enter the store etc" there are clearly customers that don't wear one. They need to really start to enforce the rule not just for other customer's safety but for the health of their own employees. read more

I am highly disappointed in their safety measures. While they have signage up in the store located at the corner of colonial drive and daniels road in winter garden, FL, that specifially states "this location requires a facemask to be worn while inside", they have taken no action to actually enforce this. When going in today (with my mask on) there were at least 15 people in the store with no mask on. When I asked the cashier about it her response was "we can't have anyone at the door to enforce it." What is the point in having the sign then? I saw one gentlemen who actually read the sign and went back to his car to get his mask. Kudos to him...if you are going to have signage stating you require it - enforce it and back it up! Not to mention that it is no required in orange county to wear a facemask. read more

I get gas here and pick up snacks for the kids quite a bit. They do tend to get busy at this location so at times you need to wait for a pump. No biggie sometimes I wait and sometimes I go and grab what I need and then fill up. I have not frequently ordered sandwiches here, but the store is clean and well stocked each time we have come in. They offer a variety of snacks and the kids enjoy that they can get hardboiled eggs, chips, popcorn, pretzels, or other items in such a wide variety. The staff is fairly friendly. There have been times I have come it and they are busy talking to one another, but other times the staff is super friendly. Maybe they are just so friendly they all like each other and why they talking to each other. They are still able to meet my needs and I enjoy the ease, speed, and location of this store. read more

I was in the area. And needed to fill up my empty gas tank. I most definitely did not want to go into just any old gas station. I opted to go into WaWa. One of my favorite gas stations obviously for so many reasons. They are legit clean and customer service is usually pretty good. And you can grab other drinks freshly made; smoothies, shakes, orange juice. The hot and cold food selections are which they prepare fresh upon order are delicious none the less. So yeah they get 5 stars. Clean gas station. Clean bathroom. Delicious freshly made items. They have delicious brownies near the cash register. Those are so good! read more

I was in wawa a couple of days ago and they way they talk to there employees is horrifying. there is a young lady whose customer service is excellent and she connects very well with the customers, and the way the managers treat her is horrifying. Every time i go in she is being abused by the managers and other employees. a few of us customers have talked about it outside and we feel so bad for her. I think the managers need to take a lesson on how to speak and treat there employees. Because of the way you have spoken to her i will not be patronizing wawa and will let other people know. she is usually making drinks and extremely busy and no other employees will pitch in and help. Managers are just standing around and will not help out to get the customers the good service. Just had lunch here. A very friendly and enthusiastic staff, working hard to get everyone's food orders served as quickly as possible. The $5 small soup and half sandwich was very filling for this tubby guy. The corn chowder soup (probably my favorite soup) was quite tasty. I liked the meatball sandwich as well. And my mom was definitely happy with the mac and cheese. I generally love the Wawa Winter Garden, FL. For most of the last 4 months while Orange County had a mask mandate, 95% of patrons complied. However, even though the mandate is still in effect, I went this morning and 30-40% of the people did not have masks. There are signs stating that you can't come in without a mask. However, nobody from Wawa is trying to enforce the mandate. The Covid cases are rising in Florida along with most of the country. Wawa needs to enforce the mandate - just tell people they can't come in without a mask. Otherwise people that follow the rules, especially Covid vulnerable people, will stop going. I would hope you will do the right thing and enforce the mandate. I'd love to still get my morning coffee and breakfast, but I can't risk my life and my family's life for coffee. read more

Wawa... funny name but great place for gas and food; if they get the order right. This Wawa has always been friendly and inviting (at least the times I've come in) however where they drop the ball is order accuracy. I have ordered plenty of hoagies from many different Wawas both here in Florida and Pennsylvania, but not until here has the order been grossly missed. In my most recent experience, six items were added; I received 3 of the six to top my sandwich. I don't feel like I should micromanage the employees but at the same time I get home and it's fallen short. And you know you don't want to drive back... I have reached out to customer service and I hope this location does improve... the orders and customer satisfaction is in the details... that or find another position at Wawa because maybe making hoagies isn't your thing. Does this mean I've written them off; no... just means I either see improvement next time or write off the deli counter and focus on fuel for the car and soda... basically anything I can get myself. UPDATE: Now that they've been open a while longer, they've pretty much cleaned up their act. They're still not quite as polite as the other Wawas I've been to and they still make the odd mistake, but they're much better. What's left is just a result of the location, I think. I've been to a lot of WaWas... I'm a fan. I was thrilled when they finally opened one near me, but after giving it many, many chances I'm pretty much done with this one. I kept assuming they were just working the bugs out of a new location, but this seems to be as good as they're going to get. There's usually at least one thing wrong with the orders. Toasted items are always burned, if you ask for a little of something they give you a lot and vice versa, they leave plastic wrap inside sandwiches where they failed to remove it from the deli meats, and on and on. The employees aren't all rude, but the one or two nice ones I've met still don't seem to get customer service. The rest are either disinterested or actively aggressive. On my latest visit, of the two rolls I ordered one was so slathered in butter I couldn't eat it and the other had none at all. The cashier forced me to come back and take a receipt I didn't need though I was visibly juggling an armload of stuff, and on the way out someone behind the deli counter pointed at me and shouted because they thought I was the person who had failed to pick up his order. "No, not you," they said to the confused man in front of me, "THAT guy!" It's always crowded and feels hectic. That's no one's fault, of course, it's just another reason to avoid it. I love this Wawa! The entire staff is so polite and courteous, the facility is super clean, and the overall service is fantastic. I was waiting for my sub and was dying for a wawa cookie since it's been years since I had one, and even though the computer said sold out, the sales associate at the register buzzed the deli area to pull out a fresh batch that was set for the next day so I could get one. It's the little things like that, that make certain places a go to for me. So glad that we have this Wawa finally! read more

During and after Hurricane Irma, when nobody else was open, Wawa was. It became a hub for community member to go and get something to eat or drink, socialize a little etc. We didn't have power and we went there a couple times just to get out of the house. I am sure all those people working there had families too but they were instead singing, making sandwiches and cheering everybody up during what was a stressful and difficult time. Its very clean and employees are very friendly.Had a bad experience with one employee on 1/24/17 her name is Janita (cashier) she is nasty and has a bit of a nasty attitude, I even witnessed her talking about a customer in a not so nice way.
