I took my girlfriend here 2 weeks ago and got her nails done. The first person that started doing them broke 2 of her nails and she asked if she could get someone else and they complied but the second person took such a long time to finish them, almost 2 hours. Today we went back which was a huge mistake because they told her to wait for an hour but still took in other people while she waited so we left to the other place across the street where they took off the nails that NAIL FEVER put on and there was fungus from them. They are also extremely pushy for tips and rude when you don't tip to their satisfaction on a poor job. I will not be going back there and wouldn't recommend anyone to go there read more

Worst experience today. This was my third visit. The first two times Phillip did my nails and I had no problems with him, he does an excellent job. Today Billy did my refill and he effed it all up. The shape was horrible. It looked like he put the acrylic on and told me to go wash my hands. So someone "tried" to fix it and yes they came out better but still were not good. I was told they would charge me $3 to cut them down. Mind u they are supposed to be fixing his mess. So even after they fixed it, every nail is not shaped the same and some are longer than others. Then they charged me $29 for a refill...still not sure how they did that math. So apparently they can't add either. I will not be returning. It's not uncommon to get a nick or two with a manicure, but when you get seven bleeding fingers, that's a different story. My daughter usually does her own nails but I thought it would be nice to get a full set of acrylics for her senior picture day. We must've gotten a guy with a serious chip on his shoulder because after I left, he butchered my daughter's hands! At one point he had to wipe one nail clean with acetone because the polish was too mixed with blood and my daughter was too terrified to say anything. She blames me for the way I double checked that he knew we didn't want gels without knowing she had already told him. But that was my only interaction with him and if that's the case, that is no excuse to be abusive towards a client. You can see how swollen her cuticles are in the pic, and the blood blister still left hours later. The nails were even crooked after taking almost an hour to work on her. I came here with family while I was visiting from out of town. We all got the Spa Deluxe pedicures ($35). First, this place is unsanitary and dirty. The tools they use are not properly clean. The pipes behind the spa chairs are exposed and makes the environment feel even more dirty. The massage chair remotes were filthy. Inside the spa tub you could see the drain had mildew from not being properly cleaned. Second, I didn't get everything I paid for. The lady who did my pedicure had someone request for her to do her eyebrows. So she massaged one leg with the sea salt. Stopped and then put the sea salt on my other leg. She then slapped the lotion on and the warm towels. The two family members with me received a MUCH longer massage. They also had a cool gel put on. When she came back she massaged them really fast and proceeded to paint my nails. I was done almost 10 minutes earlier than both family members and she stopped for almost 10 minutes during my pedicure to begin with. read more

Check the prices and make sure you get the service you pay for if you decide to go after reading this. Being a single mom I rarely get a chance to go get my nails done. This place left me dissapointed. My nails are ok at most. Asked about the pedicure special and was told it was $15. I actually asked twice (two different people) then charged $35. Explained at time of pay it was $15extra after the regular price. I was Not Vague when I asked the prices and services. i didnt go there for a pedicure but for a full set. I was told it was $15. I figured for $15 why not. Needless to say the $35 pedicure has to be followed with another one (at a different salon) since they left a ton of skin coming off and never cut or filed my toe nails and a visit this week to another salon so they can file my nails so they're not wider than my fingers. read more

I like nail fever every time I go there I feel good. But I really do feel management should watch over there workers because there was a worker named Jeff yelling at a young lady after she told him she wanted her nails a certain way and she thought he understood and did something completely different. She was so unhappy with it and he blankly yelled at her in front of everyone. She started crying and I told him that was not right and he started to yell and mock me as well. Mind you as a customer I had brought six other clients with me bragging about how awesome this place was and I can say now how disappointed I was and he had no care at all how this young lady felt so humiliated.
