I found EllaGance on GroupOn and decided to get the $20 Brazilian wax for one time only. Even though there weren't any reviews on Yelp yet, I decided to give it a shot. She was absolutely amazing!!!! The room was extremely clean and relaxing. Ella made sure that I was comfortable and talked me through every thing that she did. Getting a Brazilian is not the most relaxing procedure and can be extremely painful but she was extremely gentle and went slowly to make sure I felt no discomfort. This is definitely the best waxing I have ever gotten and I am never going to anyone else after going to Ella. Extremely friendly and sweet personality. She was very detailed and aware of making sure I was comfortable to the whole time. I have already recommended her to all of my friends and even made this account just so I could give her the amazing review she deserves. I felt secure even before going in and had such a relaxing and light experience. Ella is such a sweet, welcoming, friendly and beautiful person and I felt so comfortable in her presence. I have only had one brazilian wax before but I could tell Ella definitely knew what she was doing and made it practically painless...but a lil pain never hurt anybody! I didn't have any skin problems in the days after and I'm still smooth as water thanks to Ella and her gentleness! I also had a good time talking with her and connecting on a few levels!
