Kaitlyn has offered exceptional service time and time again! I don't regularly get my bikini or armpits waxed. My last visit a few weeks back was in prep to make a very long STP bicycle ride more comfortable. The space has been recently repainted and fixed up. Kaitlyn is very fast and thorough. She is a very kind person, to make the whole experience more comfortable. The only thing that would make it more comforting of a visit is if there was a curtain for undressing/dressing. From our first appointment she's been so consistently attentive to anything that would affect the experience. I got my eyebrows microbladed in May and had a touch up about two weeks ago. Honestly, I did not need a touch up because they did not look sparse at all (which a lot of people have problem with when they get microbladed the first time), but I wanted mine to have a bit more thicker tails. Iulia was so accommodating and absolutely amazing at her work. She made sure I was comfortable and perfectly happy with my brows! My eyebrows were one of my biggest insecurities because they are very uneven and sparse. But After getting microbladed, I feel much more confident, and I get ready in the morning so much quicker because I don't have to spend time trying to fill and even out my brows. This place has really great reviews so I thought this would be a promising new brow and bikini waxing salon. I was extremely disappointed in Lulia eyebrow waxing skills. I have thick brows with a smooth arch. I told Lulia I wanted to keep my eyebrows "THICKNESS AND SHAPE, JUST A CLEANUP" (verbatim). When I looked at my waxed eyebrows they were paper thin. They looked like 90's brow with a super pointed arch. I was extremely upset and Lulia apologized. She said "next time she will leave them thicker". Unfortunately, I will never go back there to give her another opportunity. I am a bare face girl due to my busy schedule so I rely on nicely groomed brows. I had to draw my eyebrows on for 3 months until they started to grow back. The Brazilian wax was just okay. They have soft wax and the hard wax. I was also a little disappointed in the Brazilian wax since there was some hair left behind. I paid for a brow wax and a Brazilian wax even though Lulia could see how upset I was. Looking back I wish I didn't pay for the brow service since they looked so terrible. read more

It was the day of our appointment so we decided to arrive 15 minutes early. Upon entering this hidden gem I was astonished at the quality of equipment I could witness from the entry way; compared to European Wax I definitely saw the transparency and authenticity of this business compared to the franchise. Let me start by saying how astonished I am by the rude treatment of Kaitlynn. I had an appt. at 11:30 and was parked out front dealing with a family emergency on the phone. I ran to the front door 6 minutes past my start time and it was locked. I knocked and when Kaitlynn opened it, she just stared at me. I told her I had an 11:30 waxing appt. She replied by saying "yeah, I just sent you a text. I have a 7 minute late policy so you're going to have to reschedule." I looked at my phone and it was 11:37. I showed it to her and said "its 11:37 now?". I explained to her that I was sorry I got stuck on a call with a family emergency, and she just said "you're going to have to reschedule". I am always respectful of people's time and am almost never late, so I do understand the inconvenience of not showing up on time. But I was getting an arm wax, which most likely would not have taken the full allotted hour. I also would have been willing to compromise with a half arm wax, but it wasn't even up for discussion because she was so incredibly rude. Let me finish by saying: 1) If you have such a strict policy and are going to automatically cancel your client, you should mention that on your website. (I am still waiting to see if she has the audacity to charge me even though I was there within your 7 minute window that isn't even communicated to clients). 2) If you are going to work in the service industry, then you should consider how you treat people. 3) You never know what people are going through in life, so a little kindness and grace goes a long way. 4) I was looking for a waxing place that I could frequent on a very regular basis, so it is unfortunate that this place was willing to lose $ for a mere 30 seconds of time. read more

Having my eyebrows microbladed at wax loft was one of the best things I've invested it! Iulia does an amazing job, knows what she's doing and is super friendly. Just ok - eyelash extensions were sparse and didn't stay on longer than two weeks despite my dedication with keeping them clean and dry. I've since seen friends with crazy gorgeous lashes from other places and they last longer and look fuller. I loved them for the first two weeks - for the price they should have lasted longer it seems. Also when I arrived on time to my appointment on a freezing Saturday morning I was told to wait outside or come back in ten minutes. What?? When she finally finished with her previous appointment and let me in she left to go to the building next door to use the ladies. Love this girl. I've had many a waxes (Brazilian, specifically), and none do it better than Carissa. By nature, a Brazilian wax is not the most comfortable area to have waxed (for those of us who are modest, especially,) but she is AWESOME at making you feel relaxed and comfortable through the whole process. Very professional, kind, and easy to talk to. She recently moved to a new place and has her own little "loft" now. There's an elevator on the backside of the building to get to her place on the second floor. The building is pretty humble, but don't let it deter you. I've seen both Carissa and Aimee now. While they each have their own style and technique, they both do amazing work. I've never felt so comfortable getting waxed! She used both the regular soft wax and hard wax for areas that are more sensitive. She was great at constantly checking in with me about the wax temperature and my comfort. I was not sure about having this done, but a friend encouraged me to do it. I know this is gonna sound crazy, but I didn't really do much research or think about it much. I went to my appointment and just let Iulia do what she thought looked best. At first they looked really dark. After about 10 days they settled in and they look great! Such a great experience! It was my first time getting waxed and Elizabeth was amazing! She was so careful as to make sure that I was comfortable and that my first experience wasn't terrifying. She went through step by step with what she was doing and was so gentle about it all. She was also really kind and funny, which made the experience a lot easier! Elizabeth is the best! She is thorough, patient, sweet, and funny. She's all about making you feel comfortable and that you are not traumatized by having hair ripped out of your tender parts. Great waxing experience! Audra was so sweet and fun to talk to during this...not so typically fun experience. It really made the time (and some of the pain, although it really was not so painful) go by pretty quickly. Overall I felt very comfortable. I also loved that Audra was all about a woman loving her body regardless of how much hair is there or not, so she was not pushy about getting me to do anything that I might not have wanted to do. Usually waxing is never a pleasant or likable thing to do for me but Iulia, a wonderful esthetician, made my first experience here absolutely wonderful.
