We both were waiting and trying to contact through text only. I finally received a response through text that the aesthetician was running behind and will be here shortly. At 12:09, the door opened, and another customer was leaving. The time we were waiting, we thought no one was here. Due to the lateness, the aesthetician should have kindly apologized and let us know that she was still with a customer and would be doing our service soon. This time, it was not a good experience. I felt uncomfortable, and she was not friendly enough to get me in relax mode. In the future, I will stick with making my appointment with Danielle. The good thing is they did give a $10 credit. Who wouldn't love waking up with perfect, natural looking brows?! I did have a big concern though...I either found reviews that said 'it hurt' or 'didn't feel a thing.' My other concern was that I wanted to find a place that had really great reviews- they are working on your face after all! So... here is it... Natasha is WONDERFUL! She numbs your eyebrow area before starting the microblading. So, the most you feel is pressure. And in some places you don't even feel pressure. Believe me when I say that you do not have to be concerned about pain- I DO NOT like needles and have a low pain tolerance. The numbing process honestly feels like a really rough eyebrow plucking. Then once that is done, you don't feel a thing while Natasha does her magic. Skin Solutions Day Spa is my new favorite place! It's very cozy, you walk in and you are met with wonderful, relaxing smells. Everyone I met was very patient and nice. Great customer service- which is an absolute must for me!!
