She's super friendly and makes you comfortable during the process. I was finished in about 15 minutes. When we were finished, I asked her to remove a few strands of stray hair around my belly button and she was more than happy to oblige. Best of all, no tweezing needed at the end. I pay more for a Brazilian wax with her than I did back in Cali, but not by much. She's about $5 -$10 more, But for good reliable service, she's worth it. I checked in on Yelp and received a $5 discount. Savings are savings! Her prices are on her website, as well as in her shop, which I appreciate. Recommendation: She only takes appointments. No walk-ins. She's a one woman show and she's told me that almost all of her clients are currently wax clients, so she hasn't had time for couple's massages. (first review Immediately upon meeting Robyn almost three years ago I knew my almost ten year battle with adult acne was over. After coming off of the birth control pills nine years ago I began to experience the typical hormonal acne on my cheeks and chin. I saw esthetician after esthetician and spend hundreds of dollars on treatments and products hoping to clear up my skin. I even went so far as to get a prescription for medication because I was at my wits end. No matter how diligently I followed protocols for products or medicine nothing worked consistently until I met Robyn. Her customization of treatment instead of the "standard" microdermabrasion or acne facial with extractions won me over immediately. We went through ingredient lists on my makeup and other products only to find that many of the products I routinely used contained acne causing ingredients!! I followed her recommendations on correct cleansing procedures and saw immediate results. I found that my investment into bi-weekly visits and allowing her to extract my pimples instead of picking at my own pimples paid dividends in the end. I still have an occasional breakout but my skin is almost unrecognizable. I no longer feel the need to wear makeup as a means to cover acne scars and my skin glows and people ask me what type of make up I have on when I am not wearing anything but sunscreen and blush! I could not have asked for a more caring esthetician to work with and find myself trying to choose the right words when I see someone with skin that could use a little TLC by Robyn :) If you are like I was almost three years ago (desperate and will try anything) do not pass up an opportunity for at least a consult with Robyn. Not only do Robyn's products work but if you don't like them she will always tell you to bring it back for an exchange. Update as of 1 May 2016: I moved away from Fayetteville almost a year ago and have been a loyal long distance customer for the last year. It was my first time at massage envy and first time using their online scheduling system. I created an account and finalized scheduling the appointment online. When I got to the location the front desk asked why I was there and I told them for a 1500 appointment. She finished checking out the customer in front of me and told me she didn't see an appointment. I told her that I got the confirmation on my phone on the website and that I confirmed it was the Ramsey St location. She proceeded to type something into the computer for 2-3 minutes without saying anything to me. I assumed she was looking into the issue to present me a way ahead. I'm not sure if she was, as she didn't address me again. Another employee came from the back and asked her to look into a customer that no-showed an appointment yesterday. The front desk worker started pulling that information and providing the other worker the first and last names of individuals and their appointment times yesterday. I thanked them for their help and left. It's frustrating to be ignored and not presented assistance. It's also disheartening to hear full names of customers given out while standing there assuming assistance is going to be provided. I will not return to this location nor will I trust Massage Envy as a whole with my personally identifiable information.
