Staff is very friendly! The girl who did my services was lovely! I like the brow lamination a lot. The tint was wiped off a second after putting it on for my brows and I never noticed a different with the tint. The brow lamination lasted about 3-4 weeks. I wish the tint showed up, maybe it needs to be on more than 1 second, although she did say if left on longer it would be too dark but I did not notice a difference. For the lash lift I am upset about this service. My lashes were pretty crooked/all over the place. The service also made a lot of my lashes fall out. I really wanted to love this. I am open to trying again, I've seen great results on other people. Maybe I just need to try a different technician.

They didn't have answers for my actual questions and steered the conversation away from what I wanted to discuss. They didn't understand how the payment plan worked, which was extremely concerning considering the large financial commitment this is. They told me there would be no interest on the payment plan, but when they showed me the plan it had 24% APR. I only decided to go ahead with it because it came recommended and I had already decided the max I was willing to pay before coming to the appointment (they don't share pricing unless you do this consultation). I was frustrated that person got the commission from me. They pulled the classic trick of the trade that I wouldn't be able to get the pricing unless I committed with them then. I honestly had such a bad experience with them I wanted to file a complaint. I met a couple technicians that day and they were very kind, so I don't want their bad salesperson to reflect on them and their work. Now that I have been going here for over a year, I have only had good experiences and interactions with the technicians. I just wish the sales experience would have been actually helpful and less pushy.

On Monday, January 12, I received a call informing me that my Wednesday appointment was no longer available and needed to be rescheduled. Since the change was initiated by the studio, I was offered a 30% off discount for the inconvenience. I reminded the representative that I already had a 20% discount from the raffle and asked if both could be applied. I was told that discounts could not be stacked and that I would have to choose one. I was also informed that the 20% discount could only be used in January, despite the fact that my January appointment was canceled by the studio. Additionally, the person I spoke with was not a manager, so I requested to speak with one. She took my information and advised that a manager would reach out to me by the end of the week. I understand that businesses have policies, but this situation was frustrating because I lost the opportunity to use a discount I had legitimately earned due to a cancellation that was out of my control.
