She had an outstanding personality that made me really comfortable which is great since it's a fairly intimate service (depending on what you're there for). The facility was extremely well kept and clean. The only reason I didn't rate a full 5 stars is because I did discover a few spots hair was left when I got home. When paying the higher costs for the service, I wouldn't expect to find any missed patches and there were a few. Overall, I'd give them another try due to the friendly and comfortable atmosphere. If I walk away again with missed patches, at that point I'll explore other options for waxes but I'm optimistic that next go around will be better.

Anyways flash forward the next day(today) and I couldn't open my eyes. There was green/yellow pus (bacterial infection) and my eyes are so red. I texted her the issue, let her know I was seeing a doctor, sent her a picture of my nasty eyes, and then kindly asked for a refund. (I mean who pays for a service and then ends up at a doctor and doesn't request a refund?!) well she replied with she would like a doctors note in order to be refunded. Um? HELLO? Did you not see my eyes?!? I thought it was extremely unprofessional. I wasn't there to fight or argue- I had an eye infection from your services. Long story short I went to the doctor. I haven't been able to see out of my right eye. I'm on antibiotics for the next 7 days and the owner, like a child at school, got her doctor note and refunded me. The doctor stated it was not an irritation but in fact, a bacterial infection from uncleanliness. Gross.

COURTNEY is arrogant, dismissive, and completely incapable of taking accountability or resolving even the simplest customer concerns. Instead of de-escalating situations, COURTNEY makes them worse. It's shocking that someone with such poor customer service and leadership skills is managing a business built on client relationships. This location has destroyed the reputation of a brand I was once happy to support. Corporate should take a serious look at what's happening here because this center is driving away long-term, loyal customers.
