Worse service never ever. The person who attends is very rude. I called her Kiana explaining that he was lost and could not find her place, the only thing she did was tell me that I missed the appointment in a really bad mood. She never had the courtesy to explain me where the business was located. Only with that I consider the harmony, also Kiana lied saying that she had sent me a confirmation message but it was not true I revived the text after I called her and received her bad service. I consider that this place of harmony only has the name. I bought the groupon deal for 3 Brazilians. After I bought it I called to make an appt and was surprised to hear their VM say they were closed for vacation until the following week. I thought it was very odd because what business just shuts down for vacay? But anyway, I text the # & requested an appt the following week. I received a text back a few days later and made an appt for Wednesday. I arrived to my appt 20 minutes early because I wasn't familiar with the exact location and couldn't find it to save my life. I text her and 20 mins later Kiana called me and let me know she was inside the Phoenix Salons, which I didn't know is like a co-op for various salons. When I walked, I realized she's an independent waxer and it totally made sense as to why they were closed for vacay and why you could text appts and such! I've always been to larger places with multiple waxers so this was a first for me but I liked it! She uses hard wax, which is a personal preference for me, and she also gave me a sample post wax serum which I've fallen in love with.
