I have curly, thick hair that is not at all forgiving of a bad haircut. I have had some TERRIBLE…read moreexperiences in the past, and once I found Regina, I knew I'd never go to anyone else. Typically, she does exactly what I ask her to do, and I walk out with exactly what I want. The last time I was there, I asked HER to design a haircut for me. She took her time talking with me about different options, explained different styles that would suit the shape of my face, and even mentioned other things we could do if I wanted to go longer or shorter in the future. I left with a haircut that's very cute and easy to style, and I'm looking forward to experimenting with different lengths and styles in the future. I feel like I'm in very good hands with Regina, and I love having her as my stylist.

I had red brassy roots from another stylist who put me under a steamer with a hair color you're not…read moresupposed to use heat with-and went to Regina's to get it fixed. Also all over hair color fade. Alisa consulted Regina and did my roots but also pulled color through hair because it was faded. I was told if it doesn't cover I could come back by Alisa. It looked OK when I left but they have poor lighting and after 1 shampoo I saw light roots and gray at my part with a red cast at crown as well as my part as seen by a friend who is a retired hair stylist so it's not just me! I had her look at my hair to be sure. This was 3 days after I had my roots colored & color pulled through to ends. The photo with very dark brown hair is what it should be and not what I got. I went back in after calling first & Regina said I could come in. She did not sit me down and look at my hair. She never combed through. She was curt from the time I walked in. She called the stylist who colored my hair to apparently come watch as she "handled me". Regina glanced at my part and said she saw nothing wrong. She didn't look close at my hair, her mind seemed made up. I asked her a few times. No nothing she said several times. Finally I said you don't see gray HERE pointing to my part in front. She said yes but that's going to happen as your hair grows out. I said not in 3 days! I told her what I read on the brand of color's website & also what my retired stylist friend suggested: add a cool/ash color in to the mix of the 4n color desired. Regina said she would never use ash on gray hair. And she said she was a trained color expert. I didn't say that: I said mix ash ie a cool color with the other color to keep it from pulling warm Colors (red/gold/brassy) and to cover the stubborn grays that grew back after chemo. She refused to correct my hair after alisha said she would make it right if it didn't cover. I also called & spoke to Regina twice and she told Me I could come in but she clearly had no intent of correcting it or allowing Alisa to. Regina did all the talking and Alisa stood there. I finally said well I paid $150. For a root touch up and tipped $30 so I'm NOT ok with this. Regina just said sorry and was very curt/talked over me. I will never go back. My hair may be more hard to cover after chemo but she made no attempt to make it right & not how I expect to be treated. My hair should be dark brown not medium brown and not have gray still at part along with lighter color at part and crown. Lastly I could not tip with my debit or credit card per Regina's salon rules and had to Venmo Alisha her tip! I was never told a total and had to ask so I could tip her. I was told I would be emailed a receipt and never got one. **The photos with dark hair were both done after chemo. So it can be done.
