Every nail tech I've worked with has been patient, kind, and happy to answer my questions. They are especially wonderful with my daughter, taking the time to make her feel comfortable and included. Instead of recommending the most expensive service or the quickest option for them, they'll explain what they believe is healthiest for your natural nails and why. That honesty goes a long way. They also do an excellent job communicating. They work hard to stay on schedule, let you know if anything changes, and take the time to explain what they're doing throughout the appointment. It's clear that this business puts a lot of thought into creating a great experience for its customers. I initially came in to get my lashes done by Nia, and she did a fantastic job. It took only an hour to complete a full classic set, and the price was very reasonable. She was also super easy to chat with and made scheduling a breeze. Afterward, I decided to get a mani-pedi.
