When I called to see if they accepted walk-ins, I let them know my hesitation, and how nervous I was, and that my anxiety was through the roof as this is my first time. She was pleasant on the phone and attempted to call my nerves. She put me down for an 11 o'clock appointment, we were on the phone at 10:26 AM and I told her I had a 40 minute drive to even get over there... as I'm on my way over there. I get a threatening text message saying that they'll have to remove one of my services because I'm running late for my scheduled appointment. I didn't respond to the text message saying please just cancel my appointment. I am no longer interested in coming to these services as I never wanted to schedule an appointment anyway, and called in for a walk-in only. As I'm writing this review, I just received a phone call where she basically threatened me again saying that this appointment was now a no call no-show and I just hung up because that's crazy. These people lack basic customer service skills it's ridiculous. I will absolutely not be utilizing these services nor will I recommend this company to any person that I know. read more

Paid to have Lash lift. Disappointed $90+ later. I noticed several lashes missing in the center of left eye and several lashes on both eyes that remained perfectly straight while all other were only slightly (very slightly) lifted. Also purchased a $34 bottle of mascara which they recommended only to find it dried out! Tried to return it but they don't accept returns after 3 days of purchase yet they ask you not to apply anything for at least 2 days...so when you try to apply on day 3 or 4, better have time in your day to run the dried out product back! Recommend going elsewhere. read more

Tried to go here but they insisted on giving a credit card over the phone before my visit. I didn't want to and the young lady on the phone insisted saying it was so we could be "contactless". How ironic... not many things are in as close of contact as waxing but when it comes to payment that's where they draw the line. Would have loved to try this place but my appointment making experience put me off enough that I will continue with my usual waxing place. read more

This location is HORRIBLE. I injured my back over the weekend and thought I would be well enough to drive today but I'm still in pain (had to make the decision this morning to call in for work). I called & spoke to Kenzi asking to move my appt to tomorrow. She said I could with a 50% penalty! I offered my doctor's note to show I received a pain shot on Sunday and she stuck to the policy. They said they would charge me 50% fee but that fee would be a credit I could use towards product, tip or next appt. I told them this was my last appt as I had already cancelled my membership. They still would not budge. I asked for the manager to call me. I spoke to Crista, the area manager and she would not make an exception! So now I have to drive in pain for this appt today! Oh, and then I received a text saying they were running 15min late & to confirm! I can't believe for this type of service they cannot make ANY exceptions! It's not like I'm cancelling major surgery!
