My Husband and I ate there for the first time today! He got the smashed mouth buger and let me tell you.. it has been the best burger we've tired in a long time!! I myself got the chicken bacon ranch loaded baked potato and it was absolutely phenomenal!!! Sunday afternoon looking for a good place to eat. The food reviews for Way2Baked looked good, service not so much. It's 1:30, how slow could it be? We walk in, see that maybe 75% of the tables are occupied. We wait in line and place our order. I get chicken strips and fries, Megan gets a smash burger and fries. Then we sit at our table and wait. The decor is interesting, it is a random yet thorough collection of Americana memorabilia. We have a good opportunity to study it while waiting. This is the type of restaurant where you get up and refill your drinks at a fountain for soda or a pitcher for tea. I get up and get a refill. And another refill. And another refill. When we sat down they were serving number 2. We are number 16. Hamburger and fries, how long can it take? So we look around, slowly orders are getting delivered. Still waiting. About a quarter to three our number comes up. Yes, that's 1:15 we have been waiting. Chicken strips are a little overcooked and bland. Fries are good. Megan's burger is pretty good. Wow!! We've been wanting to try this place ever since they opened and would share their dishes on Facebook. I'm upset with myself that we took so long. I'll be a frequent patron of this awesome place from now on. I ended up with the pulled pork potato and didnt eat for the rest of the day. It was worth the amount paid and then some. This place is awesome. We came in from out of town and saw their menu and had to go. Our family had 3 different types of their baked potato, cheeseburger, bbq pulled pork, and meat lovers. I recently visited Way2Baked, and while there were some nice aspects, I felt the food could use some improvements. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the visit pleasant. They also bring your food to your table when they call your ticket number, which was nice. The space itself is smaller, but they made good use of the space with plenty of tables and a lot of neat wall art, and they have a great selection of desserts and donuts, which I definitely plan to come back and try. However, the food I ordered fell a bit short of expectations. The BLT didn't have any mayo, the bread looked toasted but it was still very soft, the lettuce was fine, but the tomatoes were a very squishy, and the bacon wasn't crisp so it could probably stand to be cooked a bit longer, so it lacked that satisfying crispy BLT bite. The burger was the macdaddy which has mac and cheese and BBQ sauce and bacon. The burger was okay, but without the BBQ sauce, it lacked flavor. While the bread was great and the BBQ sauce added some depth, the patty and mac and cheese were underseasoned and didn't really stand out, I was dissapointed because it looked so good!! This place has a lot of potential, and I see them becoming a go-to spot with a few tweaks to the food because their menu is fun with lots of options AND their desserts and donuts look so good!! This was our first time to Way2Baked, and unfortunately we might not be back for some time. We tried placing a order online, but for some reason it wouldn't go through. My husband decided he would just go in and order the food. Upon arrival the place was PACKED. My husband ordered and waited 45 minutes. Drink selection is very limited and everything is in bottles. When we got home and began opening up the food, my son's tenders were completely burnt and fries were dripping in oil. My husband's burger didn't have any slaw on it after ordering it. It's just a little disappointing when you wait that long and spend money for food that's not edible or wrong. read more

The food here is absolutely amazing; easily the highlight of the experience. While the service was a bit underwhelming, especially for first-time guests asking for recommendations, the quality of the food more than made up for it. I'd definitely order it to-go next time to fully enjoy the food without the awkwardness. It is a little pricey for what you get, but I'm happy to support a small business that clearly puts care into their cooking. Overall, really solid and worth trying. read more

We love this place, Brooke and her staff went out of their way to take care of a group of special needs children last year, and they will be returning again tomorrow.
