After I waited for 15 minutes with other items roasting in my car in 90° weather, the Customer Service with authority to help me (who had told a fellow employee that she would help me) returned with three or four boxes of 12 mini diet cokes. I reiterated that I only wanted 2 six packs of the mini cans, none of which were on the shelf. She told me there were none in back. I asked her if since there weren't any of what I needed, I had to pay full price for the larger box that I did not want or if she could give me a discount (maybe the same price as 12 would cost in the BOGO?). She dismissively told me that I had to pay full price if I only bought one box. I consider that neither "working with me" as a customer nor Customer "SERVICE." frankly, I was shocked and appalled at her attitude and lack of desire to help a customer. She had no apparent desire to help me as one of her customers. Her attitude does not reflect the customer orientation that I have known in any other Publix in any state in my life. I am grateful that there are now two Publixes in LaGrange and I will do all that I can to shop at the Publix at Merganser Commons instead of the one on Commerce in the future.

There were paper towels scattered on the floor and water pooled around the sinks. Miss Helen would have taken one look and shaken her head. It was not a disaster, but it did feel like someone had stepped away mid-shift. The rest of the store looked fine, even though I was not shopping for much today. The softlines section was in good shape. Shelves were fluffed and folded, and everything looked reasonably organized. No trash on the floor, no abandoned items tucked into corners. It felt like someone had done a decent walk-through earlier in the day. There were enough registers open to keep things moving, and I did not have to wait in line. No fuss, no delay. Overall, it was an OK experience. Not perfect, not memorable, but serviceable. The kind of visit that neither impresses nor disappoints. Just a quick stop that did what it needed to do. It's conveniently located within a 1/2 mile of I-75 on Exit 187. The restrooms were clean and service was great. I was holding a bag of ice and rather than letting me wait in line for the next available self scanning register, the associate that was managing the registers rang me up.

Really the only reason I came here was because the salads were cheaper than Aldi. So I emailed them to let them know I didn't appreciate a 30% overnight increase and I may no longer shop here. The response was we hope you enjoy shopping somewhere else. Not sure what I was expecting. I just wanted to give them consumer feedback if they suddenly see their sales declining but this snarky response definitely made the decision for me. You can keep it. Oh and coincidentally the same week Aldi reduced their salad kits from $3.29 to $2.89. win-win. Bite me Lidl.

I was going to get a Rotisserie chicken but it was only one that was cooked to long so I left it there and I got some fried chicken wings plain and I got a six piece of jerk chicken wings and a potato salad to go. The food was fresh and delicious definitely worth the trip not a disappointment.

Their chicken is always crispy and delicious to me. The customer service was great and quick. If you don't want to cook chicken and would rather purchase it for a valued price check out Publix. It was the quick customer service for me.
