He took care of buying a new toilet and found the exact same model we had in our other bathrooms, even ten years later. He came when he said he would, took care to not to damage our floors, and took pictures/videos to document everything he did. Because he is knowledgeable about all facets of home building and remodeling, he showed me where the floor under the base of the toilet was not prepared properly, and how he screwed down a metal plate that was never bolted during the building process. When he finished he cleaned everything thoroughly and took the old toilet away. His pricing was fair and his work par excellence. Wonderful quartzite countertops and fireplace surround. Added a bench and made the shower larger. Large format tile - 24" x 48". New jacuzzi. We love all of it. We had a decorator help pick out finishes and there were a few hiccups along the way but we are very pleased with the end result.

His bid was not the cheapest nor was it the most expensive, but we went with him because of his calm demeanor, professional presentation, and no high-pressure sale.  It was an extensive project, so we moved out of the house during the construction.  Since we were out of the house, we decided to take advantage of the opportunity. We ended up gutting almost the entire lower level. Essentially Gregory built a new house, we went from approximately 2500 ft.² to approximately 4500 ft.². The project was not without its challenges as every person will tell you that has ever had significant construction, there are always problems, the difference is in how the contractor handles adversity. This is where his calm demeanor came to be quite reassuring.  We did have quite a few issues with rain getting into the construction area. We were so pleased that we added to our requested work during the project. Details: The bid provided by the group was professional and well constructed. Danny met with us personally every day during and before the project began. Danny's team works for him - they are not a group of subcontractors - so the work was well done and reviewed daily by all involved. The entire project lasted 7.5 weeks. We remodeled the grand bath and bedroom, the laundry, an office and a guest bed and bath on the third floor of our townhome. We also had our two stories of stairs changed from carpet to hardwood. The hardwood matches the flooring that already existed on the second floor perfectly. We also had our banisters updated on the second and third floors. We added work to paint the first and second floors and to replace our old compactor with a new wine fridge in the kitchen. Everything turned out beautifully. We installed more than 1000 square feet of wood-look tile to replace the carpet in most of the areas mentioned on the third floor. The quality of the tile work is outstanding. The master bath had a built in tub removed and a stand alone soaking tub added. The shower was extended and surrounded by glass - a big change from a smaller, darker original shower. Three types of tile were used for the shower and the tile work there is perfect also. Custom vanities were built in to replace the older ones. These are just a few of the things they did that were exceptionally well done - everything, however was well done. They don't provide any warranty for the jobs they do. After the payment is received, they are not responsible for any repairs.
