I asked them to remove several sick shrubs, design and install new shrubbery and an irrigation system, and put down new sod on most of my yard. We had to scramble to pick out the color that was comparable in cost to the initial quote; there was some damage to the door trim that he did not want to repair (but did do it reluctantly); we also have hardwood floor damage now from the water seeping underneath the door at the time of the concrete cleanup which will cost us another $2000 to get this repaired.....
