I booked a bus with Wayne Ace for my daughters wedding. We utilized the bus to transport guests from Stoughton hotels to the venue, and later in the evening the bus driver took good care of our guests, while transporting them back to their hotels. We used Wayne Ace for my bachelor party at the end of February. We had about 20 people with us on their 27 passenger bus and we had a great experience. Sally was our driver and she did an outstanding job. She was very knowledgeable of where we we're going and was in good spirits dealing with a group of "well served" guys. Most importantly, she got us back home, safe and sound by 4 am, in an ice storm. The bus itself seemed rather and very well maintained. I tried to look past the bad reviews and work with Wayne Ace Bus & Limo Service; he was adament that the bad reviews were written by "punk college kids who lied". However, my experience with him quickly turned sour. He gave me a quote for his 50 passenger party bus, which is a renovated school bus. I found other rates for school buses much cheaper, and pointed this out to him. We were in the progress of negotiating when I receive a very harsh email advising me to take my business elsewhere. I was very taken back by this and found his reaction to be highly unprofessional. I guess it was good to find out beforehand instead of the day of my wedding. The first thing wrong with this place is the vehicles are completely worthless. Our group used Wayne Ace and midway through the first leg of our trip, our entire group had to get out of the van and push it up a hill to get it started. Then, the van completely broke down, and lucky for us, we had people driving behind us and our entire group had to pile into two SUVs, so this far, they are providing some exceptional quality service. A few hours later, Wayne Ace was kind enough to send what appeared to be a former prisoner transportation bus (all black school bus, just missing the barred windows) to pick us up and continue the trip. Obviously, we are behind our initially scheduled timetable considering their buses have broken down and stranded us multiple times. But, luckily we arrive to our dinner reservation only 30 minutes late. While eating dinner and reminiscing on the day, our group leader receives a phone call that we were behind schedule (um yes of course we are, its your fault Wayne) and they have left all of our belongings on the curb next to our restaurant Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin a good 40 minute drive from our home. We had to call multiple friends and family members to come pick us up. What a complete and utter disaster. The fact that these people even have a license to operate a business is shocking (to be fair, they may actually be unlicensed, I have not verified this and would not be shocked to discover this). Never EVER use this company, unless you want to be stranded and push your ride the whole way, in which case I highly recommend them. read more

Wayne Ace Bus service was top notch. We hired them to escort wedding guests between our venue and the hotel. The driver was exceptionally friendly, kind and efficient. Talk about terrible experience! The bus broke down on us twice! We had to push it once, and they had to send a replacement the second time. Then, when we went in to eat, the bus took off! The driver put all of our stuff on the curb and left us stranded in a different town. At least our belongings weren't stolen or broken... read more

My friends and I have used Wayne twice now, and we have had the BEST time on his buses. The drivers are always so awesome! Not to mention Wayne is super reasonable with pricing. I would never hire this company again. First of all on our group trip, their bus broke down causing us to be late to our first two destinations. After finally arriving at the 2nd destination thanks to some other people in our group who were driving picking us up they brought another bus for our group. At our 3rd stop, the driver abandoned us because we were "late". Of course, this doesn't take into account the time we lost due to the bus breaking down earlier in the trip. My advice is to never hire this company unless you want to risk getting left by your driver like we did. read more

They all said they have used him multiple times without problems. Used anywhere from Brewers' games to weddings. A group of Juniors booked the 31 passenger bus for their Prom shuttling and had a great experience. The bus was clean and reliable. The driver was friendly and professional.
