Over 15 years ago my husband and I had an international flight scheduled to arrive at O'Hare in the middle of the night. There were no feasible options to get us home in a timely, hassle free fashion. I decided to check into AJ Prestige; will never forget that 1st ride. Prestige limo service is great! Their rates are reasonable and the service fantastic. We have used their service four times to date. They have always been on time and get us to our destination on time. The vehicles are spotless inside and out and the drivers are skilled, courteous and helpful. We needed car service to the airport at 4am in the morning. Andrew was 15 minutes early, help get our bags into the car, and was an absolute delight for the way too early drive. He also picked us up from our return flight and had cold water waiting for us in the nice and warm vehicle. I would highly recommend AJ Prestige. We have used AJ Prestige Madison now twice in the past year for transport from Chicago O'Hare to Madison. When calling to book, we spoke to a human being (not a machine) who was knowledgeable and helpful. Also, their follow up and confirmation process is great. Absolutely no worries. Each time, on time, immaculate cars, great service, and their drivers professional and excellent. Andrew, our driver this week, deserves a special mention for professionalism. Rarely do I give anything or anyone 5 star reviews because I always figure there is room for improvement. However, just completed another round trip from Madison to airport (ORD) that was fantastic. First trip was two years ago when my sisters and I took a vacation to MX with flight out of MKE using AJP on transport to and from airport. We utilized AJ Prestige for a late night transfer from O'Hare to downtown Madison with our infant. Alex was our driver and everything could not have gone smoother. Upon grabbing our luggage, we called Alex and he pulled up to the curb shortly thereafter. We loaded everything up (he wouldn't even let my wife fold up the stroller!), strapped in our own car seat, and took off. Alex was the consummate professional and understood that since the baby was sleeping, we needed some quiet time. He was safe -- constantly checking the side mirrors -- and efficient. Upon arrival at the hotel, he ran inside to get us a luggage cart without us even asking. Plus, the confirmation and the receipt were digitally delivered, which was much appreciated. There are very few reviews of car services for Madison online -- I had to call a bunch of hotels to get a recommendation. I am pleased to review AJ Prestige! read more

Egregious, unjustifiable cancellation policy - watch out! Charging 20% fuel surcharge on cancelled ride when no fuel is used is ridiculous and unprofessional. Took two weeks to response to issues with a cancellation, only responded in an unprofessional manner when chased with multiple emails. Do not use them. read more

It's the little things that takes care of the big things and the professionalism of the staff from reservations to the driver was world-class for us. The driver was super flexible and very knowledgable of our area and made sure we maximized our experience of the rental.
