My anxiety when it came to the dentist was horrible which lead me to let my teeth go. I came to Dr. Roth with probably 10 plus cavities. After my first appointment of just x-rays (knowing I need fillings and novocaine) I canceled and rescheduled so many times that no other dentist would have accepted me as a patient probably. Dr. Roth was patient and understanding. She's always kind and really takes time to know me and what's going on with my teeth. So when a (very young) Dr Jeff came in to rebuild a molar that had disintegrated, I had my doubts! But this guy quickly demonstrated he was not only confident, but incredibly knowledgeable & capable as well. He & Emily diligently worked through their lunch hour to first prepare, then systematically rebuild a tooth that was virtually non-existent. I simply can't say enough about their level of thoroughness, compassion and professionalism. If you're looking for excellent dentistry with great people, don't overlook this place! I was cut very bad and bleeding all over the place and they acted like that was a common thing. My root canal was not done properly. Had to go to a different dentist and get a whole new root canal done. When I try to speak to a manager they told me the manager was out to lunch. I waited three months to hear from somebody never did called back spoke to a girl by the name of Mariah who is supposedly a manager ,she told me she had to speak to the regional manager, Taylor. Taylor was supposed to call me and never did. I cannot believe this place is even still in business. Please read the reviews on Google. They're a little horrific, based on my experience. Amy had adorable pet photos in her room and told me all about her fur babies. Amy did such a thorough job with my teeth cleaning. She was so thoughtful to hand me chapstick to keep my lips moist throughout the cleaning. She gave a detailed explanation of what she was doing and told me of any teeth that needed extra attention or might need some repairs soon. Once she was completed with my cleaning Dr. Marsh checked her work. He is very kind and personable. One thing to note is that he is a perfectionist. He will often want to fix cosmetic related things with your teeth, and is honest if it is necessary dental work or just aesthetic. I got a groove in my tooth filled on based on his recommendation that not only will my tooth look nicer, but it will help the aggravation he was starting to see near my gum line. I will always go back to Dr. Marsh for my future teeth cleanings and dental work. There is simply no better dentist in the area.
