The manager made the employee deal with it as she communicated through mike from the office. The employee was really nice and only taking instructions the manager on duty that was not so nice even rude at times. They were even unwilling to provide the owners email for feedback at first. This took place at about 6:30 PM on March 28th. I am so disappointed as my son and I usually go to this location twice weekly after feeling so disrespected it will be hard to go back.
