The conditioning done throughout the class prior to technique work was solid, and the coach leading the class even came around and showed attention to beginners and other drop ins, which is something I didn't expect to see considering how well known the school is as well as how many drop ins were present. Maq Pack has some really cool camps and special events. One of which is Parent's Night Out.
