Went back to talk with her about the difference in price. She became very rude said something like, " I don't have time for you and proceeded to wait on someone else. At one point she came to our table, and I ask for the manager. The manager finally came to the table. In a very rude tone, he replied We can talk about this after bingo and walked away. Final outcome the rude server ask for our receipt, which I told her I want it back. She came back with the adjusted price and a refund, if anyone is going to this place I would check you receipt vs the menu price. Never going back and I will let other people know how rude they were.

When we arrived, the guy at the counter seemed confused (lots of mumbling and no eye contact) said we needed to pay extra because their online prices hadn't been updated. Told him it was their problem and we had already paid. He had difficulty processing this and another employee finally stepped in and told us it was fine. We had pre-paid for 1.5 hours of bowling, but they shut out lane down 15 minutes before the time was up. I guess they needed the extra $3 and were determined to get it one way or another.
