Well maintained lanes, good music, friendly staff, and no wait for a lane on a Friday night at 10:30. Will definitely be back!

But it's such a unique place. You gotta keep your score the "old fashioned way" which is a nice brain exercise. Cheap drinks, cheap games/shoe rental. You can abuse TouchTunes. When we got there, the bowling alley was completely empty, and they turned on the lights for us. This place from the outside sign to the inside, screamed vintage, which is pretty unique and a breathe of fresh air from the more modernized bowling places out there like Bowlero/Brunswick. You have to keep your own score (there's an app for that too) and the machines were in working shape. Vintage ash trays at the score table if thats your thing, or use it as a cellphone holder like my kids did. The balls return on the top of the lane, so that was pretty cool to watch, but be careful if you decide to somehow want to cross different lanes. Plenty of bowling balls to choose from. The staff was relatively friendly, although perhaps partaking slightly with the drinking customers, but friendly nonetheless. There were 5 of us, and the total bill from just one game, rentals, and a lemonade was $42. I asked about it because I thought it was $6/hr, plus $2/shoe rental, and was told because we ordered a lemonade as well. That was an expensive non-alcoholic lemonade, I guess. BATHROOM REVIEW: Bathrooms located in the bowling alley section, it was rather dingy, but it got the job done. One urinal and a stall in the men's bathroom, and a working sink. My hands were cleansed afterwards. Sit of squat? Squat.

Kings is a pretty large facility with games (notably bowling) along with food and beverage service. We sat at the bar, and a World Cup soccer match was broadcast on several large screens. Our kind server Derrion pointed out some of their specials, so we went with that sales pitch and ordered a couple of beers and apps. The pork dumplings were not one of the specials, but I liked them a bit better than the discounted items that we ordered. The nacho platter featured shredded pork, and we asked for the jalapenos on the side. We split the smashburger, which was served with waffle fries. The beers were cold and refreshing, as were the cups of water.

Initially we were in the main area by the bar and decided to move closer to the back by the arcade which ended up being much more cramped. I also had to bring balls from the front to the back so is recommend the front if there's an option. There were fun games in the arcade and 2 bars for service as well as booth seating throughout. Food was brought out and just okay. My faves were the buffalo wontons, avocado crostini and Korean bbq meatballs. Hot honey chicken sliders were okay. I'd pass on the meatball sandwich and sliders. The food was not hot so that impacted my experience. Not sure if these were special menu items though. Had a fun time bowling and wish we had one at home!

As far as bowling here goes, they have 40 nice and shiny lanes. Weekday games are $6 and weekend games are $10.  Shoe rental is $6.  I don't see us bowling at a Bowlero but it could fit your family's interest or needs.  I'll go with 3 stars as Bowlero seemed about an average value from this experience, but the kiddos had a grand time in any event.
