My phone call was transferred to whom I assume is the owner/manager. After the manager/owner reluctantly stated he'd replace the missing item, he offered no apology and not-so-subtly inferred that we were cheating him. I found the accusation appalling. Their meat isn't cheap. I work hard for my money. If a business promotes a certain amount of items then that is what is expected and should be given. It's that simple. They can keep the missing one-pound hamburger package, but our next meat purchase will be through another business.

I don't get the reminder is the issue then they just send me what I bought last month. I've been able to change but, the system should work and it's annoying it keeps happening to me. It also makes me think I can't be the only one. But that's a glitch and not a total deal breaker for me. Just annoying. The point is that the meat I am buying has been good and good quality each time. And I am very satisfied with it. I like that they think of new promotions and new things to do. The latest one with the extra purchasing is good. Buy 3 burgers you can buy 3 buns. And there is more. Marc seems like a good guy. I watch his videos and he seems to care about what he should care about - customers and people. This is a store front with some other things you can buy besides meat. I had their Tuesday special a cheeseburger and fries and my wife their chicken salad on Texas toast. Only took 5 min. to make and went to the front of the store where they have seating. Everything was excellent the burger had so much flavor the fries were crispy but not over done. My wife's chicken salad sandwich was thick with chicken salad on toasted Texas toast. With a can of Coke our order came to 12.50. Not bad for two of us. Before leaving we did get the groceries we originally had stopped for. Not bad prices on their meats so we stocked up on steaks cold meat and a few pounds of brats. So if you're in the neighborhood stop by and enjoy a quick breakfast or lunch and get ya a few groceries.
