My phone call was transferred to whom I assume is the owner/manager. After the manager/owner reluctantly stated he'd replace the missing item, he offered no apology and not-so-subtly inferred that we were cheating him. I found the accusation appalling. Their meat isn't cheap. I work hard for my money. If a business promotes a certain amount of items then that is what is expected and should be given. It's that simple. They can keep the missing one-pound hamburger package, but our next meat purchase will be through another business.

The lady told me they weren't sure if they would be able to fulfill my order by the date, I needed it, due to the overload of orders they had already.
