I was feeling really stuck. I had to give up an office I have been in for over 25 years, and needed something to light a fire under me as I wafted from "should I or shouldn't I move out." I went to see Nicky for procrastination issues. I don't really know how it happened because I was just relaxed and enjoying the whole experience, but in the last six months I have cleared out the office, set up a new office, and solicited new business. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted and I can "see the light" so to speak. Now I'm ready for a whole new era. I recently went back for a past-life regression, just for fun. What a lovely experience. I came into the session, not thinking I could be hypnotized. I didn't feel much different during the session, but when I came out, things were "different." I thought the lighting in the room had changed. It was somehow brighter even though the sun had been setting during the session. As we walked out to the door, I began noticing curious things, things that I suppose had always been there, but I never had observed before. The first thing I remember noticed was the wallpaper. It had designs in it, something like the wood of a tree does. It seemed flat and monotone when I first arrived, nothing worth paying attention to. Nicky is amazing!! I booked a session with her with no prior knowledge to what hypnotherapy is and she explained everything to me. She is an amazing listener and really takes her time with you unlike most conventional therapy sessions where the clock is ticking. My first session took almost 2.5 hours because she really wants to know more about you and takes a lot of notes. I guess talking to her is easier, too, because of her smooth British accent. The hypnosis portion of the sessions was extremely relaxing and she just takes you on this journey of guided imagery and the rest I'll leave up for you guys to experience yourself. She has deep insight, an amazing level of compassion for her patients, and great skill in helping them move past the obstacles, small and large, that have hindered them.
