Hypnotherapy with Linda worked incredibly well for me. I have some issues (don't we all) that I wanted to work out in general, but when I found Linda I'd been unemployed for a while and was sinking into a really damaging and near debilitating depression. I'd been going to therapy through the county and it had been helping a little, but I had a bad reaction to the anti depression meds they'd prescribed for me and was in a bit of a state. I heard about hypnotherapy at random through a YouTube playlist, read a bit about it, and thought, may as well. It was a bit of a last ditch effort for me, especially since my savings were dwindling and it does cost money ($125 per session). It turned out to be totally worth it. I found Linda through Google Reviews. A lot of the other places had good reviews as well, but she had the best vibe in my opinion. I liked what she had on her website, and when I called to schedule, she spent over 45 minutes on the phone with me explaining the process and asking me questions. She was so friendly and caring even then, and I was excited to start. I went about five times. Each time afterwards, I left feeling really happy and relaxed. It can be intense at times since you're facing a lot of things, but she's really warm and accepting. She excels at making her space safe, comfortable, and inviting. Trust is really important for hypnotherapy apparently, and I'm really glad I went to her because she's excellent at building that trust. She's genuinely really passionate about guiding you through it and helping you to feel better. I felt ashamed and vulnerable about my state at the time, and I feel like if it hadn't been her, it may not have been as easy for me or worked as well. I mostly just wanted to be able to function properly so I could continue searching for a job, but I feel like I got so much more out of it than that. My self esteem is much higher and accepting and loving myself is easier and more accessible than its ever been for me. I feel more confident and relaxed about almost everything. I feel like, especially after the third time, it also has decreased the amount of anxiety I had in general. Linda will also spend extra time with you if she has it if she feels you're making progress, which is very kind and thoughtful. She genuinely cares, and I think that's a lot of why she's so great at it. There's a reason she has a lot of loyal clients who swear by her. And I got a job! After the fifth session, Linda instinctively knew that I was in a much better space, had come pretty far, and was done with the regimen. I'll most likely go in for a tune up at some point just because I got so much out of it and I find it relaxing. Scientific studies show that it's fairly expedient compared to traditional talk therapy, so that's great too. If you'd like to resolve some things, or are at a point where you're willing to try anything, I cannot recommend Linda enough. read more

Today has been exactly 1 year since Linda hypnotized me to quit smoking cigarettes. I had been a smoker for about 20 years. Linda took me last minute and was so extremely kind. I've delayed almost 4 months before submitting this review. I've been wanting to (& not wanting to) quit smoking for a long time. I smoked for 46 years! There is no way I could do it without some type of help. It was during Covid & couldn't think of a better time. I read her reviews & background. Her reviews were all favorable & most if not all of her clients came back for more. Due to Covid our session would be by video through an app. I felt completely comfortable with her. She makes you feel like you've been acquainted more than 5 minutes ago. She asked me to complete a one page worksheet prior to our meeting. Some of my answers were used in her affirmations. In the past when I tried to quit smoking, I would get the worst migraines & dreaded quitting partly due to that. Plus gaining weight. Linda was able to hypnotize me via video call. Sadly, my laptop speakers weren't picking up her voice so I had to resort to headphones. Meaning I didn't get a video to use later to reaffirm the message. Regardless I haven't smoked since 7/7/21. I suffered a mild headache for a day. I've had urges to smoke when Im around my triggers. But I'm easily diverted & remind myself of all the negatives to smoking & tell myself it's the habit 'talking'. I intend on using Linda for more life issues I could use some help with. I have been seeing Linda for about 6 months now, and over that time have gone from a confused, overwhelmed woman with a well-organized facade, to someone who, as we were chatting, suddenly realized that "everything was ok!" I would like to take a quick moment to write a recommendation for Linda Weisner. A couple years ago, I was having trouble sleeping and was getting sleep deprived. I spoke to a friend who had a positive experience with Linda so I thought I would give her a try. After one wonderful visit, I was able to have a full night's sleep. Since that time, I visit Linda whenever I have a life problem and she continues to help me grow and learn how to tackle my life's issue. I saw Linda a few times about a year ago for some help in letting go of some co-dependent and emotionally draining behaviors, and I must say that I am typically not easliy impressed - HOWEVER, Linda was like a breath of fresh air. I have seen a few hypnotherapists before, so I knew somewhat what to expect, however Linda was a bit different than the hypotherapists I tried before, as I basically felt like a "number" with the others, and felt as though I was being "pitched" and "sold" while I was there - as they were always trying to get me to buy the "necessary package" but Linda was more like a real therapist. I just felt like she treated me more like a patient that she truly wanted to "heal" , rather than just a "paying customer".... Her bedside manner was awesome and she is just the type of woman that you feel completely at home with - if that makes any sense at all.... Like you can tell her anything with ease.... I really loved my experience with her and I can definitely say that I will be going back again for some other more "motivational" sessions to kickstart my goals again! I have been seeing Linda for four and a half years. She has helped me through painful realizations about my family and how to manage my relationship with them. She has the most amazing ability to empathize with how you feel, as well as open your perspective on a particular issue. I would normally be a little leery of something like this but I read about how this had helped someone so I thought I would try it. I read the reviews on Yelp and decided on Linda, the path was there I just needed to take it. I was looking for help because I just hadn't felt me for sometime and I thought I knew the reason/person that was the cause. Many surprises during my experience here. One, that a lot of this is the law of attraction, which I do believe. You think negative and you receive negative, you think positive and you receive positive. I loved that Linda spoke about this right away. The next surprise was it was all up to me. Linda was just helping me get it "off my chest", a guide if you will. You can say anything to her because she makes you feel at ease, in a safe place. So the biggest surprise was what really had been bothering my subconscious WASN'T at all what I thought. I had no clue what was really weighing heavy on me but when it came right out of my own mouth, for me to hear it, it made so much sense. At my 1st session I left with a completely new attitude and things were so clear, I felt better. I came back for a 2nd appointment and I can honestly say I feel me again! Happy with my energy back. This review is LONG overdue. Let me start by saying that Linda is an amazing human being meant to help people who are suffering or struggling with anything. I can't say enough great things about her. I started seeing her almost a year ago and instantly she helped me change my life. I was struggling with anxiety that was so bad I could not get a handle on it. In my first session, I left feeling like I finally had a sense of who I was, feeling comfortable and 99% less anxious than I had felt in quite sometime. Every session after that just helped me become more comfortable and at ease with the daily struggles of life! I could handle it with the tools Linda gave me. She really helps you to figure out who you are and how you envision yourself to be and she guides you on how to get there. She is kind, loving, caring, soft spoken and so very comforting. This review for Linda is long overdue. When I first went to her and saw she had all 5 Star reviews I admit I was skeptical. After seeing Linda for several sessions all I can say is I wish I could give her 10 Stars. She is compassionate, intuitive, intelligent and an amazing listener. She generously records sessions so that you can use them at home to reinforce the practice of hypnosis. I am a person with so much anxiety and frequent panic attacks and with only a few sessions Linda has dramatically decreased all of my issues and I have been able to stop taking medication every time I am stressed or panicked. I just moved to Texas and I plan on making appointments with Linda when I go back to visit my family in California. Her 90-minute sessions allow time for you to discuss issues with her to clear your mind before you begin. I always felt that I was getting some psychology as well as hypnosis which was extremely helpful for me. Linda is amazing. She is a kind, compassionate therapist that seems to know just how to tune into your feelings and help with whatever you are dealing with. I went to Linda when I was pregnant to learn some self hypnosis and relaxation techniques in hopes of having an unmedicated natural birth. She did a great fear clearing session with me to help me process the fears I had lingering from my induced labor with my daughter. She coached both myself and my husband in joint sessions to help us come up with a game plan and also teach my husband how to support me during hypnosis and birth.
