She also clipped the whiskers down on my cats faces. Jasmine said the cats had ticks: my cats have never been outside & when they do leave the house it's to visit the vet. We have hard shell backpacks for them, so they never touch the ground. Jasmine should never have another set of clippers in her hands, she has no idea what she's doing. I alerted the owner of the company & (Barbara's) reply was simply, "Thank you for letting me know", no apology or offer of any amount of refund". She charged me $330.00 & now we have a vet bill as well.

I received no reminder call yesterday or voicemail. Headed out this morning and was 5 minutes away from the salon and got a phone call because they were looking for me. The lady on the phone, who was very matter-of-fact, told me they were expecting me at 9, which was not the time I was given when I made the initial appt. She continued to say it wasn't "her call" it was the groomer's and she was sorry for the miscommunication, but that I needed to reschedule. I asked her to please let me bring them since I was so close to their salon and was told "no". So I had to turn around with two very anxious dogs and go back home. We would have been 10 minutes early for the appt times they gave us, but instead we were sent on our way with no care at all from the groomer or salon. We will NEVER go back there!! To let a customer walk away because of a mistake the salon made was a very poor decision on their part.

Apparently they had used an un-sharp razor on her. When we got home the groomer had shaved her tail so close on the underside it was sore and bleeding from one end to the other. Her cut was blotchy all over which in the two years we used their service. The owner had told us on many cases how the like to cut our Poodles. because they were so good on the table. We called several times to reach the owner, sent e-mails with pictures, and never got a return call from the owner, even though her staff said she would be calling back after we had left multiple messages. In the e-mail we advised that we were unhappy and to please not cash our check until we came to some type if agreement. Guess what! The check was cashed and we never got a call from the owner. Sad part about it we were very happy with their service for two years...we live in Canton and drove almost 90 minutes each time we brought our two girls to the groomer. Instead of acknowledging that the injury may have occurred during grooming, we were told it was likely already there or that it could have been a skin bump. Our dog had just recently received a clean bill of health from his veterinarian. The owner did offer a refund, but we declined. We weren't looking for money--we wanted honesty and accountability. Accidents can happen, but they should be disclosed. Had they simply informed us when we picked him up and apologized, we would have respected their professionalism. Unfortunately, the lack of transparency is why they lost us as customers. I recommend thoroughly checking your pet before leaving the salon and taking photos before drop-off for your own records.

Me: I recently moved here and do not have an established veterinarian. My 14 year old Weimaraner fell and his hip has appeared to have failed and needs to be put down. Staff member : ok Other Staff member that hung up phone: sorry sir. We are not taking new patients and here are two names of other vets that you can see if they can assist. Good luck! Me: shocked, baffled, "proceeds to walk out" I do not give business reviews normally because everyone has a bad day. I sure hope this staff member in the future listens and provides empathy and a possible solution for an emergency need.
