Service was bad, food was clearly old. I have tried to live by the rule "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all" for my Yelp account for several years. But my experience at this shop was so abysmal that I had to write a bad review. The good: this was located directly next to my gate and close to a kids play area, so convenience was great. The bad: ordered two lattes, one with oat milk because of my lactose intolerance. The barista didn't know which was which and refused to tell me which was which. The taste was bad on both and it wasn't worth diarrhea roulette so we threw both out. Ordered two bagels, was given one. When asked if I could have both bagels, was told "No!." Ok the airport is stressful enough, I'll just take one and divide it between my family of 4, instead of argue. Opened the single bagel on my flight and spread the cream cheese. Bit into the bagel. It was so hard it felt like it had been toasted a week ago, let to sit out, and toasted again. Absolutely rock solid. Never had a bagel so hard, outside of a bagel chip, which 3/4 of the thickness of the bagel resembled in texture, if it was a stale bagel chip. Absolutely inedible to me, and was also rejected by a very hungry 4 year old. read more

Came here during a layover. Figure I'd try something that was not Starbucks or Dunkin. It was located in terminal A between gates A30 and A31. Got a hot latte it had a good flavor and gave me the kick I needed. They have other grab and go options like juice, water and sandwiches. read more

Outstanding, delicious, fresh, hot, A+, premium coffee without the absurd price tag associated with high-end coffees, much like Starbucks. Far better than diner coffee too! I get my Columbian black, with no milk or sugar, from Gabe's Bagels in Martinsville, and occasionally from the Exxon in Warren. And it never fails to please and/or wake me up! Rude terrible service.. didn't make my drink and said they don't make an expresso macchiato. Didn't make eye contact.. didn't want to help me .. four people behind the counter all chatting and not doing anything. Won't ever go back and the business owner ought to audit them. read more

I've enjoyed Law Coffee but decided to try their single serve cups on-line for National Coffee Day. Several surprises. 1) Their cost per cup is $.54 cents (after I saw that their box offers 24 cups) -- that's VERY reasonable for high end coffee. With their promotion it was even less. 2) I ordered on Tuesday and was enjoying their decaf by Thursday afternoon. 3) Of course the most important is that I LOVE the coffee. I volunteer with Red Cross helping out fire victims, usually in the middle of the night. My tradition is to take my cup of Law Coffee with me as I leave. So far it makes every tough situation good from the start. read more

I was interested in using Law Coffee in my restaurant café. I contacted them through their website and received a call back the next morning. The sales person asked me what type of restaurant I had,and I said "pizzeria café." Immediately he started to tell me tell me that I would have to purchase the equipment. Had he asked more questions he might have realized that I am adding on to my existing businesses a coffee and dessert section similar to a Starbucks. Huge opportunity missed by Law Coffee. read more
