I even went so far as stopping in their office one day and to my face Jerry wrote down my number in his appointment book and promised he would call me. 4 months later; he still never has. Too bad Jerry can't be honest and simply say the job is too small or too far from Warwick to South Kingstown or whatever the real reason is. Business must be good for these guys that they don't need/want work. So unless you are a developer or looking for a sub for a large job, don't waste your time with these guys. In addition to a supply counter for plumbing and heating tradesmen, they feature a plumbing fixtures showroom (which is not adjacent, but a few doors down). It is perhaps the nicest-looking exterior of any plumbing supply company that I've ever visited. Also, this supply house is, to my knowledge, the only one in Rhode Island that deals with Triangle Tube and Laars Endurance heating systems. Due to its sharing a parking lot with the post office and other businesses, getting in and out of here can be tricky, so I deducted a star for that reason alone.
