You might think that seems like a fishy tactic to lure in customers for shoddy work. Definitely not the case here! Scheduling the appointment was a breeze and the technician let me know when he was on the way. My issue was a dead circuit board in my 20 year old garage door opener. The tech went over the replacement options along with clear and upfront pricing. Once I decided, he was able to do the install right away! While he was there he went ahead and gave my other garage a tune-up as well. Both doors are quieter and smoother than they have ever been. It's actually kind of amazing how much better they are now. I highly recommend them for anything to do with your garage doors. Thanks!

Lonnie took my call, answered all my questions, and quoted me a fair price based on what other such installations have cost. A month later I called them and scheduled the installation. (Needed to get some electrical work done first.) When Adam arrived he did some quick measurements based on how the garage doors opened and informed me that the track for the belt drive openers wouldn't fit since I had such a low ceiling. He took photos and discussed it with Nick, the Service Manager. After some serious discussions a solution was found and thanks to the exceptional team of Adam, Nick, and Lonnie I now have excellent garage door openers and an answer why previous owners never installed them. Everything looks so good! We chose the same shingles for the house that we had put on the carriage house/garage, and although it's hard to see up top, they do look amazing. And the drainage around the house is SO MUCH BETTER. At the time the crew was out, we were having other repairs inside the house, and everyone did the trades shuffle with grace and humor. You haven't seen a crew work like these guys did until you realize they roofed a 7,200 sq ft historic house in just 3 days--including the flat roof rebuilds. So much attention and care was paid to the fabric of the home, and each flat roof got its own plan and treatment. They did our carriage house in early spring 2026, and the same attention to detail means we now own two very spiffy historic structures. Call Buckeye, you can't go wrong.

I told him he was busy and could not join us and that I was the point person for this project. He asked a third time if my husband could join us, citing that I might not be able to remember all the information I was given. I told him if he was not going to provide a consultation/estimate for me, the project owner, unless a man was with me then we can cancel. I led him out of the house 30 seconds later.

Ron also had some really helpful information about lead paint, as we are remodeling an old house. Then, for the install, Keith helped us. He was better than we could have hoped for. He really knew his stuff. We had weird storm windows on the house before, so when he took them off there was an open section that needed to be covered. He cut the new vinyl trim on-site, and fit it all together with our totally-not-level 100 year old house. It makes a world of difference. Keith also showed us how to operate our new windows, because I had never used the tilt-in type of window before. So again, a great experience from start to finish. Once we made the decision for Provia, Jennifer, office manger, kept us informed as there was about a 3-month waiting period. She too was great to work with. The windows arrived and the install team was fantastic. Doug, Wayne, Wes and Rick were all very friendly, prompt, courteous, and did a quality install job. As they found problems, they went out of their way to fix them. In one case, the board under one of the large windows was completely rotten. They went to Lowes and fix the issue the very same day it was discovers. We definitely recommend Doug and the entire install team as well as Mike and Nick.

The work was poorly done and we had to threaten the contractor to get him to fix what had been done. He turned us over to another contractor that he had hired to work on the job. He stopped taking our calls and wouldn't come to the job site; only when we threatened to take him to small claims court were we able to get any action. A job that was originally estimated to take 6-8 weeks dragged on for 4 months. I would NOT recommend working with this company.
