I placed my order through their website where I uploaded the design & customized individual names with ease. I followed up a few days later to ask for a status update and they had the shirts ready in a very timely manner before my requested due date. I reached out to a number of t-shirt printing businesses in Fremont via Yelp to see who could help with my last minute project. I was pulled into a crew less than one week before departure, so that left little time to coordinate shirts. This would be for the Badwater 135 ultra marathon, where the runner would be accompanied by a team of people, their "crew", to support them along the 135 mile run from Badwater Basin to the Whitney Portals. Our runner was very low key and didn't consider getting shirts made for her team despite the "big deal" this race actually was to her. The team wanted to do something extra special for her endeavor and hoped a tshirt printer would be able to accommodate our tight deadline and design. Raj (owner) responded immediately and let me know this project would indeed be possible. With how anxious I was about meeting deadlines, I was surprised I was never left feeling like I was waiting for Raj to respond at all. He was swift and continued to problem solve with me along the way until we were able to print. As someone how coordinates events that involve shirt ordering, the typical turnaround time for silk screen shirts is roughly 4 weeks without rush (assuming it isn't a busy season) . The fact that WDFA was able to turn this around in less than one week with DTG and deliver to my home really helped make all the other last minute things I needed to prep so much easier!! To top it off, WDFA included some custom koozies with our design and had everything nicely packaged in a canvas bag featuring our team logo as well. Needless to say, our runner friend was over the moon when she finally saw our team shirts. For someone who had no expectations and was simply thankful to have a crew fill in at such last minute, she didn't even think about the less essential stuff like cool looking team shirts. Needed some last minute work done for tee shirts. Looked at many places and most places were booked or didn't want to do a small run. Either that or the pricing was waaaay overboard. I came across WDFA and contacted them to dicsuss my order. Spoke to Raj who was very helpful. I advised the specs and the time frame needed for my order. He reviewed with and me and was able to commit to specs and deadline. With that I paid for the order and awaited results. A week later I received notification that there was a slight 2 hour delay or so but it's not that big a deal. The items were still produced the day of the deadline and I was OK'ed to come up. WDFA Tees has a pretty good response via sms, but could not meet 2-3 weeks to print 133 shirts. The pricing is not as expensive as most businesses at $13.99-16.99 per shirt and they gave me a nice little discount. Just make sure your design is not trademarked and they can print it. Only issues were delay in delivery and prints on several shirts came out bad. Overall I like the shirt material, but I am unsatisfied with the final prints. Not sure if it's the ink, or what is being used to print the image, but the final product was blurry compared to the design created on Canva. Edit: I was not expecting the images to turn out crystal clear and I'm happy how most of them came out. I gave 3 stars because Raj the owner said it will take longer than our first and second agreed date/time. I said as long as all the shirts are good quality as the picture he showed of one front and back. He replied they do nothing but good quality. When I received all the shirts, several had blemishes. It was embarrassing having to give some of my staff at the hospital shirts with blemishes during nurses week. I wanted to give our nurses something nice for all the hard work they do everyday, so I asked to purchase more, but Raj refused. read more

I can honestly say I have not had this level of EXCELLENT customer service in a very, very long time! Raj was amazing to work with! I had a VERY short deadline (less than a week) and he was willing to take on my project where I was getting a custom gift done for an EOY gift for our kindergarten teacher (tote bags and t-shirts). First, he was very responsive and answered all my questions. Second, I'm not a designer by a long stretch and he spent the time to fix my source file at no extra cost. Third, I wasn't happy with one of the proofs that came back and he patiently waited until I adjusted the file. And lastly, we couldn't sync up on a pick up time because he was going to be out of town and he knew I needed the products ASAP so he delivered them to my house on his way out of town. That was just simply amazing and saved me time and a trip!! I am sincerely grateful for all of his help and professionalism and would wholeheartedly recommend him for your next project.
