The good fellas at Lords of Print are extremely flexible and go above and beyond to make the project happen, putting in a lot of experimentation and extra work to get it done right. I know that if they tell me it can't be done, it actually can't be done. Pricing has always been transparent and fair, communication is always quick and on point. The quality of the screen printing is top notch as well. On the rare occasion that a slip-up happens (misprint, etc), they are incredibly accountable and make sure it's addressed instantly. I've worked with them on a couple of tight deadlines and they've never disappointed. Apart from all that, Matt & Louie are just a couple of great guys and it's always a pleasure to stop by their shop. I was pulled into a crew less than one week before departure, so that left little time to coordinate shirts. This would be for the Badwater 135 ultra marathon, where the runner would be accompanied by a team of people, their "crew", to support them along the 135 mile run from Badwater Basin to the Whitney Portals. Our runner was very low key and didn't consider getting shirts made for her team despite the "big deal" this race actually was to her. The team wanted to do something extra special for her endeavor and hoped a tshirt printer would be able to accommodate our tight deadline and design. Raj (owner) responded immediately and let me know this project would indeed be possible. With how anxious I was about meeting deadlines, I was surprised I was never left feeling like I was waiting for Raj to respond at all. He was swift and continued to problem solve with me along the way until we were able to print. As someone how coordinates events that involve shirt ordering, the typical turnaround time for silk screen shirts is roughly 4 weeks without rush (assuming it isn't a busy season) . The fact that WDFA was able to turn this around in less than one week with DTG and deliver to my home really helped make all the other last minute things I needed to prep so much easier!! To top it off, WDFA included some custom koozies with our design and had everything nicely packaged in a canvas bag featuring our team logo as well. Needless to say, our runner friend was over the moon when she finally saw our team shirts. For someone who had no expectations and was simply thankful to have a crew fill in at such last minute, she didn't even think about the less essential stuff like cool looking team shirts. I came across WDFA and contacted them to dicsuss my order. Spoke to Raj who was very helpful. I advised the specs and the time frame needed for my order. He reviewed with and me and was able to commit to specs and deadline. With that I paid for the order and awaited results. A week later I received notification that there was a slight 2 hour delay or so but it's not that big a deal. The items were still produced the day of the deadline and I was OK'ed to come up. Upon delivery I met with Raj to review the shirts and the quality was just as promised. I was very content with results and will do business again!
