I unfortunately had a very very unprofessional and unpleasant experience with this company. My birthday party turned into a mess when we found out we were charged a massive time overage fee over a 3 minute discrepancy. We were not told at the time we were running late and were also not told that our card on file would be charged this fee. Overall, I feel very sad for anyone that has to work with, under, or experience the management we spoke with. Next time, I will opt for a different, more humane limo service. I went off the reviews for this specific limo company I called to get a quote and the person Sammy seemed very un interested to assist me and provide me quotes. I than called back the next day and tried again - no answer and the automated system provided me a text, which I than text back and requested information on the limo I was interested in. The driver NEVER even informed my daughter that they were running behind. 3 minutes could have been a matter of one stop light. Then they charged the credit card WITHOUT our approval OR even our ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. And NO ONE at this business calls you back. Two Vanity Limousines were paid in advance for my mothers funeral services on 4 Feb 2021. They were one and a half hours late to Evans-Brown Mortuary in Menifee, CA.. We were to be driven to Rose Hill in Covina. There were dozens of friends and relatives waiting at Rose Hills for the hurst and immediate family to arrive via limousines. We were shocked when a party van showed up to escort us. The party bus was dirty . Half of the shades were broken and it had a dance pole inside. We were appalled. This weekend I was originally scheduled with another limousine company to provide a luxury bus for our bachelorette party to take us on winery tours in Temecula. Since the company I originally booked from subcontracted my bachelorette event with this company "Vanity Limousine" due to mechanical issues on his luxury bus. This limousine company was hired by them. I was shocked when the driver opened the door to the luxury shuttle bus and saw it was so dirty. I asked the driver about the dirty interior condition of the shuttle bus. When I entered the shuttle I started to open the blinds and the majority of them were broken. He responded that he was the driver didn't know anything about the interior condition. He called the limousine company to voice my concerns. I spoke with male who identified himself as the owner "Sammy". He asked me what was wrong and I told him about the interior dirty condition of the shuttle bus. He said all I did was go in and put ice the shuttle bus was clean. I told him there are crumbs all under the seats and u can tell the interior has not been cleaned and told him about the broken blinds. Sammy helped us very last minute. The limo company our daughter had booked, unprofessionally canceled the day before prom. Sammy was very helpful and squeezed in a booking for a party bus for the next day. Also, we felt fortunate to have a wonderful female driver who worked with a bunch of teenagers very well. Honestly one of the most customer service oriented, honest and helpful services I have ever come in contact with! 10/10 recommend The story behind why I say this: (You are going to want to read this) A friend of ours actually rented a party bus from (what turned out to be their competitor) for their birthday party. My mom attended and the driver was rude the entire time, drove rough and wasn't respectful. My mom ended up losing her phone in the party bus at the end of the night as the driver was dropping the party off at their last location in Temecula. Instead of helping he actual rushed everyone off the bus and told her she did not have time to find her phone and drove away fast. My mom was intending to use Uber to get home from that location, but instead was in tears outside the restaurant with her friend who ended up calling my sister and I to pick her up. Upon hearing this I immediately logged into her "Find My iPhone" from my phone, locked her phone, and tracked the location to a storage facility where they store the busses. I told my mom I would call the place in the morning and we would drive up to Corona to get the phone. Unfortunately I did not know the name or number of the party bus service her friend used, so I googled the nearest party bus rental companies near the phone's location. I got in touch with Sammy owner of Vanity Limousine told him I thought my mom may have left her phone in a party bus last night. WITHOUT QUESTION NOR HESITATION, told me that he would meet us over at the storage facility right away and he would let us search the bus that went out the night before. For at least a half hour he helped us search the entire bus, another bus, and helped us dig through the garbage! Turns out it wasn't even his company that they rented from! He continued to help us after finding out we didn't even rent from him!!! So he lead us over to the other lot in which his competitors park their buses, and let us listen outside the window of the bus to hear the ping from "Find My iPhone." Sure enough it was jammed between the window and the seat, we could feel it vibrate against the window. So Sammy stood there with us for another half hour while we got the other company's info from her friend, and they REFUSED to meet us down at the storage facility. Until we politely let them know that we were already standing outside the bus with their competitor. They sent an employee who didn't know what he was doing to "stop by, if he has a chance." He came grudgingly 15 min later, and couldn't find the keys, then spend another 15 minutes finding the keys. He let my mom in, when she told him she couldn't reach it, he yelled from the door to Sammy to help her. He gladly went in there and opened the window and got it for her. The guy then came in shut the window and locked the bus behind us while saying "thank you for choosing (*insert name here*)." Then drove away faster than he arrived. The difference in customer service between the companies was incomparable! If I was to ever need a party bus or limo in the future I would rent from Sammy, no question! read more

Have had two bad experiences with this service. The second one was this past Sunday. During times like this when COVID-19 is such a problem you would think that cleanliness would be a priority for the company. The limo was not cleaned prior to picking us up. There were smudges everywhere not to mention a dirty sock in the drink area. Also, the driver was late, rude, and unprofessional, not to mention they charged my credit card twice and overcharged for the additional hours in cash. Based on the reviews I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried the company again, but never again. Anyone can excuse the fact that it is a little dirty, but not when there is a dirty sock and not when we are going through a pandemic. I would never use this service again. read more

I paid $200 for 30 minutes. The original limousine broke down on the way to my home for our pick up. I was informed 15 minutes after my scheduled pick up time. A limo was sent to the church to finish the last two hours. The a/c wasn't working properly, the trash from the previous party was in the limousine. I understand he was rushed from a previous contract but this is still something that could have been handled better. When I was trying to negotiate an agreement I was told I would pay half the price for half the time. When I argued that half the price for half the time wasn't fair as the non working a/c was a factor, the fact that I had to haul 14 teenagers to my church 20 miles away last minute, the trash inside, no drinks etc the owner or manager felt he was already losing money and wanted me to agree to be dropped off at my hall by 5:00 pm any later would have cost me $107 more. Considering the a/c and kids being miserable we just decided to agree to disagree and he called his driver back. I was only asking to have 1/2 an hour for pictures which would have been 4:45 which would have only totaled an hour because we were ultimately picked up from the church at 3:45 plus the drive back to the hall which was only 2 miles away. Horrible experience. Horrible trouble shooting. Horrible customer service. Would never recommend. ** I was never informed a new company was being utilized. Spoke with Sammy, the owner, to book. He gave me great recommendations so that my little ones first limo ride would be more enjoyable. For example, I wanted a black Lincoln town car limo, but he suggested the white one because it would have more lights inside. Also, I was on the fence about how many hours I would need and he didn't push me for more hours but was honest about how to go about working it that if I needed more hours it would be fine vs booking for more and not needing it. "You don't need to pay for more than what you need" was close to what he said. Our driver, Tina, was awesome! She was on time, handled the business portion very efficiently, gave us a smooth ride to and from our destination, anticipated our needs and was very friendly and professional. I was in tears with another Limo service who was charging me 1000 to pick my son up for REV prom and only a couple of his friends for a few hours...My husband called them and not only did they beat the price by 400 dollars they gave us an additional discount of 30% as a returning customer(I didnt know but the Hubby did)and he gets up to 8 people in his limo!! I contacted Vanity Limousine last week as my husband's birthday approached. Sammy got back to me right away and helped me to coordinate our day. Peter, the driver, arrived early to let me and my son decorate the inside. I was surprised and initially disappointed when I didn't see a stretch limo. I became a bit emotional when I learned that the AC was broken but Sammy upgraded us into a larger van style limo. Peter immediately began to show me that the larger van style was actually even better for our family. Throughout the day, Peter stayed in close communication. He was extremely warm and friendly. Last night was my sons senior prom and I hired a Party Bus for him and 17 friends. The party bus arrived before we reached destination. There had been a slight problem and the kids hadn't taken pictures. The drivers patiently waited as the kids (and parents) snapped photos. They addressed our kids and greeted each of them as they boarded the bus and treated each of them kindly. The kids had an incredible time and arrived to the prom and back home safely on time. First off the driver was very nice the whole time. Now what was going wrong. Lets start with the air conditioner in the Hummer stretch we used. It holds 16 people. The air conditioning was not working properly, and we all were sweating. If you turned it on the over head lights would go out, then it needed reset by the driver. No windows to open to get air when its that hot outside, 9.6.2019. Next, when the driver would put the brakes on, the rear of the car would vibrate and you can fill the axle vibrate up and down, pretty scary, you can hear the brakes. When the brakes were applied the air conditioner would shut off again. I had rented it for 15 people for my daughters wedding rehearsal dinner, It was full. Rented for 4 hours and got over charged for this. This stretch hummer that needed a paint job, rust showing on drivers side where they put it together. Completely disappointed with this company, I cannot believe they charged me almost 600 dollars for 4 hours. One star cause you have too. I give it no stars. read more

I'm a corporate travel agent that volunteers for a non-profit organization that arranges fancy ground transportation for children battling cancer. I worked with Vanity Limo to get a ride to the airport arranged for one of our children. I sent them the credit card authorization form, they sent me a confirmation email, everything should have been fine. The ride never showed up. When I called, I was unable to get through to anyone at the business. After several phone calls, the mother of the child was able to get through, and was told that payment was never received for the transportation. I checked my sent items, and the credit card form was sent, and the confirmation emails were received from them. When I called and finally got through to someone, they said that they tried calling me during the weekend. They were calling the number that I called them from a few days earlier - my office number at my fulltime job - not the number I provided them, which was my cell phone. They never even emailed me either. Instead, they just let this fall through the cracks, and let a child battling cancer miss their flight to NYC for treatment. I will never book Vanity, and would recommend that if you have something important going on, you don't book Vanity either. read more
