We called for a repair visit and no one returned our call. Then we made an appointment for 12-3 , but no one called or came. We called back at 4:45 and were assured someone would be there that day. No one came. We made another appointment and the service man came, but claimed he wasn't given any parts. After a few minutes of discussion another employee came out of the same truck with the parts.
