The clients daughter who is gay started sexually harassing one of the caregivers at work while she was taking care of her mother when caregiver told her that she would like to do the job and be friends she got angry and kicked her out of the house and accused in breaking her vacuum and scratching her bed frame with wheel chair. Caregiver asked to be removed from that client but the company kept her and she got harassed even more. Caregiver sent money for vacuum and bed frame. Client got angry went to complain and company insisted on filing sexual harassment report with police for caregiver who was sexually harassed by the client To keep client happy. When caregiver tried to explain what happened no one in the company was listening to her. Stephanie and some Joseph Night kept accusing her and lied to the rest of her clients that she was out of town. They gave raise another caregiver so she would not reveal the truth about incident. The majority of staff at Right at Home are Gay and if you are straight person they would not give you the client. it's discrimination and abuse and sexual harassment itself by the company. It's showing low Ethical levels in management. I am not even talking about employees. Customers complaining about caregivers coming and doing nothing on the phone all the time or even stepping outside to smoke weed or cigarette or falling asleep and lea customer alon. They do not train people and give you jobs as long as you are gay.

They contacted me in June to say I had an overdue bill from supplies sent out in February. I said I never got a bill. They said as of December 31st, they don't send bills out any more. I asked for a copy of the bill 3 times in the last 6 weeks and still haven't received a copy. Then they told me I only have 60 days to dispute the charges. I said if I didn't get a bill, how was I suppose to know the supplies were never delivered. I have called over 10 times in 6 weeks to get this resolved. If they don't hang up on you or put you on hold for over 10 minutes, then they say they'll check into and never call you back. Please chose any other company. Thank you

I am the client, and they expect me to conform to their scheduling. If you can't cover my two hours a day when I need it, which were noontime hours, then you can't. But I get calls telling me, not asking if the changes will work, but telling me when the aides would arrive. Nope, doesn't work that way. I'm not the employee, I'm the client... And then when I call the next in the chain of command, It was quite clear that these two are close friends and I was told basically my business wasn't needed. So be it, there are plenty of agencies that actually want to take care of their client's just not here in this office. I wonder if the owners are aware or are being told heavily edited tales of why they are losing customers. I am aware that other clients are also unhappy with Amber.
