Great job! This place does a great job! Have been going here for dry cleaning for a few years and they do a great job. They also did good work on my wedding dress and a pair of pants I've had altered. One of the cleaners knows Your phone number when you walk in, pretty crazy! When I told them I was going to bring in my wedding dress they told me to make sure I use the coupon for 25% off and where I could find it. Fantastic customer service ! I called around 8am asking for a dry clean and pick up same day the gentleman I believe the owner said he can do that to come on by so I got there not realizing my sister in law's dress had a stain ... anyways I come back about 6hours later and he did the best he can to take the stain out !! I'm disappointed with the service I had some alterations done here before, they charge mid-high price but That's not my main concern...I drop this skirt off before thanksgiving told them was hoping to wear it for the holidays! I told them I needed an elastic to put into the waist size 27 please 1st time I pick up I couldn't even pull it up my legs it was measure 24 so 2nd time round they redo it yes 27 but I still couldn't pull it up pass my legs so I said how about just put in a zipper instead .Today jan2, 2020. I dropped by they said they have to charge me for the zipper but was not done yet?! I waited two months and nobody called? To ask? Than the manager tell me how she have the records of what the measurements are??? That's why it's not their faults? I don't need to hear that?! That's not the point it's about how u guys could have the wrong number n not try to leave a note so when I drop in atleast I know, or maybe they could try to also mail a letter? I was turn off on how to manger handle this, So Im just go omg to go somewhere else to have it fix. I know I will be paying extra I don't mind, the point is what kind of customer service is this? I have been retail manager before I have my own business now I would never have handle customer like that?! I researched some places to get my wedding dressed cleaned & preserved. The owner spent a lot of time talking to me about how long they've been doing it, what company they use and all kinds of other tid-bits of information. So they took care of my dress for what I thought was a reasonable cost. It looks nice, from the window of the box. My first experience was great...friendly and timely service, however, I tried to stop at 7:05 am to drop off dry cleaning to find the store dark, and the doors locked!? New to Braintree and so, so glad I found these guys early. Consistently excellent service. Even after one visit they remembered what my car looked like, and had my clothes ready for pickup before I walked in the door. The prices are great, my clothes have always come back precisely how I asked, and never damaged. In some cases they've even taken care of some pretty impossible stains (I'm a sloppy eater). I recently dropped off a massive amount of clothes for them -- 30 shirts (light starch), 5 slacks -- and they turned it around in less than two days for about $80. They do have a 24-hour drobbox, so ask for a bag for that. They'll give you as many as you like, no extra charge. I asked for one, but they recommended I get two, so I did. I recently hauled a silk&chiffon dress I wore as a bridesmaid 10 years ago out of the closet to repurpose for an upcoming formal wedding. I tried it on to find out it still fits perfectly - but realized there was some serious deodorant residue around the underarm holes that has been sitting pretty for the past TEN years!! Braintree cleaners was easy to locate and has really convenient hours , the girls were very pleasant , and (while they made no promises initially) they were able to remove the stains completely so the dress looked better than new, and for under $20. Took 2 comforters to be cleaned. Cost was average around $70 but they placed them on the wire hangers you use for shirts. That's a business that does not care about customer satisfaction. When walking out of the cleaners one fell off hanger. Comforters are too heavy to place on a flimsy wire hanger. Invest in the plastics comforter bags your competitors use. Unfortunately they will be the ones getting my business moving forward. read more

My fiancé has been coming here for years for his dry cleaning so I brought a bridesmaid dress down to be altered. Christina measured everything and gave some great suggestions. It was near Christmas time so she advised me that it might take a little extra time for the dress to get done which was fine. However, I think they called us within a few days to come pick it up! And I ended up paying less than what they originally quoted me and they pressed it as well (a fellow bridesmaid paid over twice as much as I did for the same type of alterations through a different shop). After taking it to a couple other places, the owner at Braintree cleaners could see I was in a jam so he hooked me up. I had my suit by 6 PM and I have been taking everything there since. Nice to see that some places want to earn your business that the other ones missed out on. Shirts, sweaters, pants have all come out perfectly, on time, and for a reasonable price. They also have a 24 drop off box which is perfect if you drive by when they are closed. There are also a bunch of pictures of local teams they have sponsored which is just an added bonus that they are active in the community. I called three or four places before I called Braintree Cleaners, and they said they could do it by Friday. I was there three times. First and second experience were good. They did a good job at cleaning my working pants, skirts and sweaters. The third time, I decided to have them clean a couple of my designer winter coats and they screwed both of them. The first one is a Michael Kors wool jacket. It came back with overall clean but there are three very light stain on the front of jacket. I manually removed one of the stains and also noticed that the inside of the jacket wasn't being taken care of. The other BCBG wool jacket looked clean, but the belt head was broken and the whole jacket looks shrink a bit. The shoulder part was a bit out of shape and the collar wasn't in the same shape as it was before the cleaning. I honestly wasn't happy about this. However, their price is good, so I may keep using them for cheap and easy to clean garment, but have to start looking for another dry cleaner for my expensive designer coats. read more
