This business is a scam, please do not fall for it. They will take your money upfront, keep postponing and then will never show up. Ultimately, we were told we will get a refund but we never got it and had to fight with our bank over it. I hired this company to clean and organize my garage. I had a great experience from the beginning to the end. I was completely educated about the process and I received timely updates the entire time. The 2 person team arrived on time, were very professional, and thoroughly cleaned and organized my entire garage. They set items aside that I no longer wanted and put the rest of the items back in such an organized way that I would've never thought to do. Our detached 3-car garage, which we use as a shed and general storage space, had become filthy and completely disorganized--years of dirt and clutter from life on the farm had really taken its toll. The team came in and did an incredible job transforming the space. They were professional, thorough, and efficient. I find it real funny how I received and email asking how was the service that I have never received nor received a refund for . yall robbed me out of damn near $800 and didn't have the decency to even resolved it. So fortunately, I would never recommend this company to anyone and social media would be aware as well. Sadly I was willing to work with this company but they kept BSn me and canceling my appointment. I initially told Mr. Solomon that I would pay upfront , but changed my mind based on the above reviews . I called him and let him know I would be changing my mind , because of the above reviews , and he told me that I could pay COD and assured me him and his company were nothing but professional and continued to thank me for my business . So with that , I and my husband decided to move forward with using them. He immediately scheduled us , and his crew showed up on the scheduled day and on time . They were courteous, professional, and completed the job in a timely fashion. My husband was impressed with the outstanding job they did on the garage and couldn't believe how clean they got it !!! . I was excited to purchase this offer on Amazon Local because I had a cook out coming up and I wanted to be able to have the garage open. I was so relieved thinking about the time I would save by paying some one else to complete this task for me. I paid $99 for a voucher for a 2 garage cleaning. I followed their instructions, got online and gave a 3-4 dates within a 30 day period that they could come by and clean. That same day I received and email telling me that they could give me my preferred date if I upgraded to the diamond package for an extra $199. I told them I did not have the extra money and they continued to try other up-sell tactics (I have the emails if you would like to see for yourself). After I was very clear about sticking with the package I purchased, I was flat out ignored. I emailed them on May 9th and have made several phone calls (it just goes to the voicemail and my calls were never returned), the last contact they attempted was on May 6th when I declined to take their upgrade (more $$$) offer. VERY, VERY, DISAPPOINTED. I'm not sure what will happen for you you may have a better experience, especially if you get a pricey package. However, I was not asking anyone to do me a favor for free, and I should have been treated better as a paying customer working with a professional business. Took a few hours I could have been doing something else with but my husband and I cleaned the garage ourselves, and I have contacted Amazon local and will be receiving my refund in 3-4 business days. read more

I agree that this is a scam. I tried it last year and was postponed 4 times (of course after I totally rearranged my schedule to be here) and wasn't pleased. I had purchased this through an online coupon company so at least I was able to get my money back from them. I don't think they even had anyone to do the work in Virginia! read more
