I was a bit hesitant at first because the cost seemed high, but I agreed to it. After getting my phone fixed here, there were so many things that went wrong: 1. The brightness was set at max at all times, even when I tried to turn it down 2. My phone began dying at 30% and couldn't hold a charge I took it back a month later to address the brightness issue. This was slightly fixed when he reseated the display, but still wouldn't dim as much as it normally should. This was within warranty so I was not charged for this service. I came back soon after (within 3 months) to get my battery fixed and they refused to help me replace it stating that I had no receipt (which they never provided at the time of transaction, but have my bank statement). They also said that I had to pay for a new battery if I wanted it to be replaced. Even with my inflated battery, I did not have the issue of it holding a charge or dying before it hit 5%. I am very unsatisfied with my service at this repair shop. I did not believe people when they said I should just get my phone fixed at Apple, but after this experience I will definitely not return.

My phone is a iPhone X, and the repair cost for this model is not cheap. I met Trung at the store. He is the sales manager and technician. He applied the discount for Thanksgiving. I couldn't believe that he only charged me $80 for an OLED screen. He said he had a cheaper option for $60 if I went for the LCD sceeen but as soon as he demonstated the differences between 2 screens, I decided to go with the oLed screen. Trung also gave me a free screen protector. Highly recommdend Trung and his dedicated job.

They will promise to call you at a certain time, and then totally blow you off. I was told I would be called at 11 today by the manager, Ruby. By 12:30 no one had called. I called in to find out what was going on, because I had set aside my time and had been waiting around. Ruby said they were busy and would call me back in 10 min. Never called me back.
