I walked in to process a warranty claim through Asurion, and was met by an employee named Paul, who was clearly frustrated, unprofessional, and openly using profanity in front of customers. On top of that, he had no idea how to process the warranty claim and had to call Asurion for guidance. After wasting over an hour of my time, Paul encountered an error on the computer, abruptly told me he was off the clock, and just closed everything down -- then told me to deal with the other employees. Completely unacceptable behavior. Even worse, while I was still on the phone with Asurion, no other staff came out for a while. Eventually two employees came out and managed to finish the process -- but by then, the damage was done. This was a textbook example of poor customer service, a lack of professionalism, and completely unacceptable conduct by an employee. I don't typically write reviews like this, but the way this was handled -- especially the language used in public and the careless handoff mid-process -- was shocking. This needs to be addressed by management immediately.

Came in and he told me that it would be $130 to fix the screen. At first I didn't want to pay it but he assured me that I was in safe hands with his 90 day money back guarantee on the receipt. I was still unsure but I decided to pay it because I needed my phone for my business. Instantly I noticed the cheaper material that they use. The color was different and I was having trouble getting it to work properly. About a month and a half later my phone randomly shuts off while on a zoom call. -No physical damage -No water damage Just cheap material. It would not turn on. I come back to the store the following day and explain to him my situation and show him my receipt. At first he tells me that I must've damaged it or dropped it but I told him that it wasn't possible. I have a case and it's always on me. I would know if I dropped it.
