The level of customer service and attention I received was 10/10. I ran a few minutes behind due to difficulty finding the location. It's tucked away just off of the main highway however the owner had no problem directing me, nor did she rush through me service. After introducing herself, I was able to complete paperwork. We discussed my skincare needs and I was able to prepare for my services. Each step of the way I was told what was going on and following my services provided with recommendations on maintaining my new glow. I would add, if you're used to a spa that is not independently owned and fully staffed, this may not be the place for you. The owner did everything seamlessly with little interruption. Although t another client did call she excused herself, apologized and quickly returned. I was so relaxed with the music and facial steamer it was quite hard to notice. While you can book online, I would recommend calling if you have any questions. I'd definitely be back, and glad I found a spa in this part of town. Give it a try if you're in the area.

She walked me in and talked to me about the different services that they offered. I got a facial ($75) and a body wrap ($30). The area was clean and fresh. She wiped down everything before she got started. Throughout the facial she made sure I was comfortable. She wore gloves and used professional products. After my facial I got the body wrap. She put a cream on my abdomen ( it warms and tingle a little)and wrapped me with some type of Saran Wrap. She told me to leave it for no more than two hours. Tenisia was very pleasant and professional. This experience was very relaxing and I will definitely recommend them to others and I will be back.

I had a microblade procedure done 10/23 by Nurse Stephanie. It cost me $600. They told me it would…read morebe $150 for the touch up they do 8-9'weeks later. After the healing, I noticed three thick, dark lines at the front of one of my eyebrows. Thick, like I used a Sharpie marker and did my brows myself. I notified the office when they sent me an email to review my results, which I let them know I was very unhappy with the results. Nurse Stephanie called me and said she would do the touch-up at no cost and fix them. As time got close to my appointment, I ended up canceling, as I was just too afraid that it would look even worse after she touched them up. Today, 01/02/2024, , the coloring is not good either. The color is just a faded black. I have dark hair but my hair isn't black. I can say, the only positive thing is the shaping. I am very disappointed in how this turned out. I wish they would just refund me the $600, as it looks terrible. I would not recommend Nurse Stephanie doing microblading. I do not think she is experienced. As a positive, the staff is friendly and the office is clean and I had good results with the Botox I had there in the past. Unfortunately, I will not be going back for further procedures.
