Over the next two weeks we arrived at a plan where Sandpoint Movers would have 2 of their team pack a 16-foot POD for us. The POD arrived 5 days earlier, and we let it stand empty, confident in knowing this outfit would show up the day before and get the POD loaded. That morning, the day before the POD was getting picked up, nobody showed up. Tried calling their number several times and got the same "mailbox is full" greeting. So we did it ourselves, in a rush, because these people ghosted us. That night we received a call from their business number and "Kathy" told us they'd be there the next morning. When we told her Jackie had set this up for today and they never showed her ironic answer was "why didn't you call us?". Then she gave us some song and dance about her phone breaking and the mailbox filled up while she was getting it replaced. We'd tried to text that number and it's a landline. And two people clearly sharing the same line. We're disgusted with these people.

They kept their smiles and their good humor until the very end. They were also very conscientious, pointing out a broken foot on a cheap Amazon dresser that I'm certain was broken for years. There was no way that I was going to be able to help husband get it downstairs. I called CDA Movers and they were able to fit me into their tight schedule. The guys were here for a little over 30 mins and it took quite a bit of work to get it downstairs and through the doorway. They had to take it out of the box at the bottom of the stairs because the box wouldn't fit through the doorway. Glad we have this good, honest company in available in our community!

They moved my 90-year old friend 1200 miles. They promised him they would be able to fit…read moreeverything, including the garage items, on to the truck. Many items were not loaded including a patio table and chairs, power washer, generator, shop vacuum, yard tools, hoses, ladder, cabinets, large shop light, etc. It was in the contract that all boxes would be put in the rooms they were labeled for and that all beds and tables would be reassembled. This didn't happen. The legs of tables were put in boxes, not labled. He had no where to sleep. When my friend told him about the sloppy job, the owner told him he would get guys in there to do the work. That took 3 weeks! But the tables were not put together. He also told my friend he would get a pickup and trailer and get the garage items brought to him. This has not happened. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY.
