Coffee, clean restrooms for customers, and available Wifi were definitely major pluses compared to other overnight/grooming facilities I have used in the past. I took the tour and liked the size and cleanliness of the overnight kennels and the hours allowed for playtime with other dogs. Both dogs will be tested for compatibility, a rule they have before daycare or overnight stays are allowed. Prices are very reasonable, and I do appreciate the cameras available to watch your pets when they are at play. The baths were done well and both wolves were happy with the outcomes.

They obviously have a lot of fun while they are there, they come home and sleep for a day or two. I have met and gotten to know several of the people and we know they love and care for our dogs well. From the first trial visit to all my subsequent stays, the staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. They even eased him into the play groups (spoiler alert: he loved it!). I had left instructions of how much to feed her, vet name and number, emergency vet number, etc. , etc. And this is after Devin came into my apartment and I had gone over everything with her! Devin texted me, took pictures and gave me a detailed description of how Mia was doing when I was gone. She cleaned her kitty litter, tried to play with her and even gave her treats! Mia hid from her but by the second day she actually came out of her hiding place. When Devin texted me that, it made me so happy! I did not worry at all about how Mia was doing by being alone because I knew that she was in good hands. I really enjoyed myself without having to be stressed out! It was so wonderful. I will definitely be using them again!

She gets tons of play time, good…read moreinteraction with other pups her size, and gets to sleep in her own bed during stays (most of the time it even comes home laundered! Trust me, this is no easy feat!). Teddy usually falls asleep on the ride home from camp as she's so exhausted from her doggy adventures but you can tell how happy and incredibly well cared for she is during her time away. We've had issues with boarding facilities in the past (check my reviews if interested) which left us hesitant to booking, especially considering the expense that comes with larger breed considerations. However, not only does TCC have better care, facilities, and customer service; they are also easier on the checkbook. Teddy definitely has a home away from home in TCC, and even though our new move puts us another 15 minutes out, we wouldn't go anywhere else!
