First time we have used them for boarding our fur babies, Stella and Bentley. Just picked them up yesterday. The first thing you notice is the large, beautiful facilities. You walk in and the lobby is huge, everything looks so clean and professional, no foul odors. But what really grabbed my attention was the staff. There is a LOT of them, not one or two teenagers looking after a bunch of dogs. Having never boarded there before, we were nervous, so we asked if we could see the back where they stayed - no problem! Without a moment's hesitation, they led us back. Again, I was impressed. No cages, smells and barking dogs but actual rooms, spacious rooms with doors. Cots in each room for the dogs to lay on. A nice lady stood there with us and explained everything. It is truly a "resort" for dogs. The last place we left them, we were not allowed to see the back. And when we picked them up, we had to ride back with the windows down, they stunk so much. We had to bathe them as soon as we got home. NOT HERE! Our dogs smelled as good when we picked them up as before we dropped them off. In addition, they upload videos on their Facebook page every day and you can see your dogs having the time of their lives, reducing OUR anxiety. The difference between Natural Breed Kennels Resort and the last place we boarded them is as different as night and day! But here's the kicker - pricing is about the same! Very reasonable for the extreme care they take of your fur babies. We have found a new boarder and we couldn't be more pleased. No worries at all about leaving your babies here! read more

I have a high anxiety rescue girl. (She tore a nail off trying to escape a crate soon after we began fostering her 5 years ago) Our other pup passed away a few months ago and he was her security blanket, her reassurance when they had to get boarded. So this was the first time our girl was getting boarded by herself. After touring the kennels, meeting their staff and trainer, I felt so reassured that our girl was in good hands. I really appreciated that they post pictures daily and give a report card. I also appreciate that there are no extra fees. My girl settled in well and did not need trazadone for her long weekend stay ...that's a big success for her! I'm so happy to have found them and will board her for a week in august too. read more

Please read this. I am horrified at the service/customer service from Natural Breed. Yesterday, Dec. 13, I brought my two long haired cats in for grooming. I had been there before. When I made this appointment, I said I wanted what I had last time: de-shedding shampoo, brush through, remove any matted fur (one cat had a singular mat), and nails trimmed. I said no cut. I was shocked to find my cats had been completely shaved. It is winter! Also one of my cat's whiskers were cut.. that is a HUGE no. Mind you, they were running 2 hours behind and didn't even let me know... I had to call ask why they weren't done yet (they hadn't even started). When my fiancé and I called to get refund and question why in the world this happened, obviously angry and extremely upset, the groomer yelled at us saying that is what I asked for (I absolutely did not - and my booking receipts from this/last time prove that). Talked to us like we were idiots. She did not apologize or care in the slightest. It is clear that this groomer (it could have been the owner?!) does not care about animals or providing good customer service whatsoever. Also, if I HAD booked a full grooming, which I did NOT, why on earth would they full on shave them, versus just a trim?! Why didn't they ask me what cut preference I had? They had nothing wrong with their coats. They blamed me instead of taking responsibility in their clear mess up. They should have sincerely apologized. My cats are terrified and shaking. I have never seen them act like this. They've been to many grooming and vet appointments and have never acted so scarred 24 hours later. One cat even has a cut on her neck AND a significant cut on her ear, which is deeply concerning. Now I have to take her to the vet to ensure that doesn't get infected - probably a few hundred dollars. This has happened to other animals too - check this company's Facebook page reviews for proof. After arguing and gaslighting, they gave me a refund, ONLY after we said we were disputing the charges. I am shocked at the lack of caring and professionalism. Regardless of who at Natural Breed got it wrong (the receptionist making my appointment, the groomer, etc).. it does not matter. I am astounded we were talked to that way. I and am BEGGING anyone reading this to take your pets somewhere else, where the company cares about them, their well-being, and safety - as well as YOUR time. I would never let this woman care for my animals, especially overnight. Took my dog here on Monday August 26 for a deshedding bath. We have been here many times before with no incident, but this time was different. On Tuesday my dog started acting strange and by Wednesday he was lethargic and I could tell he was in pain. I check his back and I see scabs and sores half way down his back to his tail. He winced when I went to touch it. Called the groomers and they didn't take accountability and just put a note to "be more careful next time". Thursday he was biting at his tail to the point of bleeding. Friday I found a spot on his chest that was raw with open wounds. All of these places are where he sheds the most, which leads me to think he was brushed excessively in those areas to a point of irritation and wounds. By this point I was putting hydrocortisone on his wounds and a cone on him but he was still in pain. By Monday we took him to the vet and had to get antibiotics cause his wounds were infected. Called the groomers and asked for the owner but were told she was busy. Never got a call back. Emailed them vet invoice and pics today (Tuesday Sep 3) asking for compensation for the vet bill but again no response. Will not be taking my boy back here. No one seems to care that my dog was injured while in their care. The lack of accountability from the call on Wednesday and the owner never giving me a call back shows that they don't care about their clients. Could not get a pic of all his wounds as he was obviously in pain. Update- Stephanie called me on 9/4 but I was unable to answer due to work meeting. I called back a few minutes later and left a voicemail, but never got a return call as of today 9/9. read more

The staff is so friendly and love dogs. It's clean and T-Roy loves to go play with his friends. It's a one stop place doggy day care, boarding and grooming. The dogs can get used to the dogs they play with and love getting to know the new ones. I'm so excited to find the gem. T-Roy love going to get groomed because he just loves everyone there. I have been looking after my parents English Bulldog Hailey while they have been on vacation this week. Sunday afternoon my parents decided to have her boarded at Natural Breed Kennels Resort where they take her occasionally to take some of the weight off of me & my siblings as we watch her while they are out of town. After losing their first English Bulldog Ruby to respiratory distress while on vacation in Charleston years ago they are super cautious with Hailey & would rather have her boarded to be on the safe side. My mother has asked them on numerous occasions to please not let her go/play outside bc anyone who has English Bulldogs or other bully breeds know they can over heat or go into respiratory distress easily & are sensitive to heat. While keeping her on several occasions they would send my mother "Doggy report cards" stating Hailey was "Having fun playing outside" or "Having a great time playing with her friends" in the middle of July & again today in September when it was 87 degrees & posted pictures of her clearly outside against their wishes. When questioned they told my mother she wasn't outside although there were pics posted of her today were clearly outside & they went against her requests. When I dropped her off Monday afternoon she had JUST been groomed 30mins before & I asked them to please not take her outside or have her in the pools as she had just been groomed but all of that was disregarded & they posted a pic her of once again outside. My mother messaged the owner & told her she had asked them to please not do that & she again denied her being outside although pics & "Doggy report card" stated otherwise so we made the decision to just pick her up & play it safe as they are not capable if following basic instructions. When I went to pick her up after work this evening I was confronted by the owner & pulled into a side room where she was rude, confrontational & dismissive. I stated why my parents were extra cautious with her & there was ZERO empathy but plenty of excuses & lies that were contradicting. I was unable to get a word in & the only explanation I was given for the "Doggy report cards" were that she "only pays her employees $11 an hour & they are human & make mistakes". I wound up being cussed at & screamed at & treated less than human bc she was unable to answer my basic questions & kept getting caught in lie. I strongly suggest anyone who considers using this facility to not walk but RUN in the complete opposite direction bc they have zero regards for your animals safety or your wishes. We couldn't have asked for or found a better group of individuals to take care of our fur babies, than Natural Breed Kennels. They're so professional and so loving to all of their guests. From the daily report cards, to the videos and pictures they constantly post online, they make us feel at ease as we travel and leave our two miniature dachshund's behind. Highly recommend Natural breed kennels. Staff is fantastic they take great care of my dog. I use the daycamp for my 8 month old puppy and she just loves it and comes home tired. They also have groomer on site which is great i can schedule a nail trim, bath etc whenever needed and I love that they have saturday daycamp available! read more
