Get. The. Cronut. The croissant donut is simply perfection! I love the layers and crisp edges. The glaze is great as well! This is definitely my favorite donut here. I wished I had bought several! Hands down the best flavor. Make sure you grab one (or a dozen!!).

I had ordered custom birthday donuts and then never heard back. I stopped by to see a sign on the door saying they were closed over the weekend (including the Saturday that the donuts were for) I panicked- the owner happened to be in the store and explained they were having a change in management and apologies profusely, but my order was never recorded. He stepped into action and made sure someone came in to make my order. They communicated every step of the way and when I arrived to pick them up, I was helped by the son of the new manager and was amazed by their hospitality. We have been coming to this donut shop regularly with our boys, but this new management makes me want to frequent them more and share my experience. The new management apologies again and bent over backwards (including handling this mess on their first day) for us!

As a transplant, I am always on the hunt for kolaches. These def are not a 'Texas kolache' but they are overall pretty good. I'm not a fan of the cheese on the top personally but it will help scratch that craving if you're missing them. The maple donut stole the show! Hands down the best one we had! Would def come by to try more of the menu.

I Stopped by this local donut chain on University Blvd. I only tried the kolaches so this review is in regards to those. Being from Texas, I am always in the lookout for kolaches and was excited to see they sold them here! While not quite like Texas, they were good! The sausage was great quality and the bread was soft and well made. The vibe is casual and welcoming and the lady at the counter was very nice and provided great service. I need to go back and try their donuts but will definitely be back for a kolache when in the neighborhood.

We Knead Donut is a perfect place to grab a box of donuts. I stopped in a bit before 8am and got a 1/2 dozen which was about $13. You can choose from the classics, or opt for something a bit fancier. I had the red velvet cake donut which was rich and moist! Note that it's best to approach the store heading south on University as there is no parking on the right side of the road heading north.

I make a quick stop at this newest location of We Knead Donut on University in Bonnie Brae neighborhood on my way to take my daughter to work. It was a beautiful late morning on a Sunday. It was such a perfect day to grab several delicious donuts. The colorful store front welcomed us upon arrival. "Now Open" flag was smiling at us. Without wasting time, we stepped in to see what the store still had (at this point, I kind of thought that some of the flavors might be out.) Red Velvet were all gone. Ones that were low were pumpkin, salted caramel. We were able to grab the last two of the pumpkin ones. We also got the chocolate, apple something, a few others (forgot what we got.) I only got to taste the pumpkin and apple ones. Their donuts are not too dense; they are somewhat airy and yet not too light. The sweetness was just right so it's not going to give you any of that sugar-overload feeling. Young man in his mid-teen was super professional and prompt to assist us. We were in the store for less than 5 minutes. Store interior is simple and yet colorful enough to know that you are in a donut place. Very clean as well. This place does offer other choices such as breakfast burritos and boba teas. We got 5 donuts, and the total was barely $12. Not bad at all!

My partner and I recently tried this spot out as we had a craving for donuts and a kolache. We have tried almost every place in/near Denver that offers kolaches and they are not like what we are used to back home. Places want to put their own twist on them and then call them "kolaches". Here at We Knead Donut, they have "Texas Kolaches" which I already knew off the bat they were not in fact those..and they weren't, not even close. Got one of both- the cheddar and the jalapeño cheddar. They were slightly better than other places that sell them, and I'd go back if I was really having a craving. Also they have ham and cheese kolaches which are new, but they didn't have any available when we went so we want to go back to try that kind. I would definitely recommend taking the "Texas" part off the menu, because that's false advertising lol. We were so hungry I didn't take any food pics so I'll definitely have to add them next time! Donuts were good, got a red velvet (my favorite) cake donut, a maple bacon one and some donut holes. The maple bacon donut was the highlight of everything we ordered, it was so delicious! The lady at the register was nice and it was clean inside. It's off a busy road (University) and I can only imagine street parking is very difficult sometimes..it seemed we got very lucky parking that day. I'm not in a rush to go back, but I would go again and try other options from them, and get another maple bacon donut forsure.

Happy National Donut Day! This awesome place opened about a month ago - but this morning was my first time in. It was easy to find with the banner and balloons. It's very light, bright and welcoming inside as well. There were a few people ahead of me in line, but it moved very quick (they are super efficient). The assortment of donuts is awesome - from your traditional glazed, to strawberry, and Reece's donuts. They also have croissant sandwiches, I went with the bacon, ham and cheese, and warmed it up myself (they will also warm it for you if you want to eat it right away). The croissant itself was delicious, with the right balance of meat and cheese. I met one of the owners (she helped with the donut assortment/selection), she's extremely nice and friendly, and mentioned she owns the business with her husband. If you haven't been here yet - come check it out!!

A cute little stop for something sweet or a delicious freshly made breakfast burrito. The staff is very friendly and cheerful and the wait for a fresh burrito is impressively quick. Stop by and give it a try.

Wow! These. were. SO. good! I had these donuts ordered and didnt get to eat them till 8 hours later and let me tell you, they wrre still so fluffy and airy! We got the Fruity pebbles, Cronut, Strawberry glaze, and we were surprised with some glazed donut holes! (they were also amazing!) The fruity pebbles was my favorite: it was tasty, sweet at a perfect level, fluffy, and airy within every bite. The strawberry was also delicious and the cronut was one to def try out! Def recommend this place! 5/5!

The employees are lovely and I like how all the options are displayed in front of you to make an easy choice. However, each item is incredibly pricey for what it is. Both times I have gone have been on days that Bakery Four has been closed. If both are open, my choice is, unfortunately, not here. A tiny croissant sandwich and 2 little donuts was $30. Everything is premade, so you can't make any substitutions or changes of any kind. Just not worth it for me, although I've heard from others that the donuts are good (I'm not a fan of donuts). Hopefully those make this place a little more redeemable! I will say that the interior is really well done. Visually, the place is great. You can also order through a little window to the left of the doors, which is convenient, particularly for those with dogs or strollers.

I had my sights set on a voodoo doughnut! The building was absolutely gorgeous! It had chandeliers and was very pink! I'm not sure if that's how it has always been, but with a name like voodoo, I was picturing something more dark and mysterious! This gave off cumbl cookie vibes... don't get me wrong, it was clean and pretty, just not what I was expecting. The service was subpar at best. There was no one in here, so when we walked in, it seemed like an inconvenience to serve us. We wanted to looked at their rotating doughnuts to make a choice about a second doughnut but felt very rushed by the man behind the counter. We got the voodoo doughnut and dirt. The voodoo arms were a bit fried out but the icing and raspberry insides were very good! My boyfriend said his doughnut was pretty average. Overall this was a pretty average experience and I really wish they would have a less Barbie vibe and more dark mysterious vibe!

Known for their irreverent style and neon-pink boxes, the Denver Airport location manages to keep the "Keep Weird" spirit alive. The Flavor Lineup: We dived into a curated selection of their signature yeast and cake doughnuts. Here is the breakdown: * The Voodoo Doll: The iconic signature. Beyond the playful aesthetics, the chocolate frosting is rich, and the raspberry jelly filling provides a sharp, tart contrast that cuts through the sweetness perfectly. * Banana Cream Pie: This was a standout. The filling is smooth without being overly synthetic, mimicking the comfort of a classic diner pie. It's a heavy hitter, so come hungry. * Mango Cream: A refreshing tropical twist. The mango flavor is bright and punchy--a nice departure from the more traditional chocolate-heavy options. * Strawberry Pop-Tart: This is pure nostalgia. The crunch of the crumbled pastry on top adds a fantastic textural element to the soft, pillowy dough. The Experience: The staff handles the high-volume airport rush with impressive speed, and the doughnuts tasted remarkably fresh--not "reheated" or stale, which can be a risk in transit hubs. While the line can look intimidating, it moves quickly, and the pink box is basically the ultimate status symbol at the gate.

I purchased for my mom for a dozen of the classic voodoo donuts they have various options but if you get a dozen it's either the classic or it's the special kind of donuts. And I was able to pick up some merch as well I got a oversized sweatshirt luckily I already wear oversized sweatshirt. They do honor military discounts which was super helpful I totally appreciated that. We ate the donuts and I still have their shirt My favorite color pink now to add to my collection and it's super comfy too super soft. My family and I we love voodoo donuts definitely you should check them out if you are a donut fan. Check out the photos attached to this review.

The variety of toppings makes it fun to mix and match. The Thai Peanut was unique and surprisingly good, but the Mexican Chocolate was the clear favorite at the table. I had the avocado toast. The side salad was a standout -- spinach, small orange slices, and a berry vinaigrette. Super fresh, light, and refreshing. My husband got the biscuits and gravy and said it had great flavor with a nice kick of spice. Vegetarian options were clearly labeled, with a note to ask about vegan swaps. The service, unfortunately, didn't match the food. We waited at the door for at least 10 minutes without being acknowledged. After we were seated, our server started taking our order but stopped midway to run someone else's food. We also never got water refills, and with just one napkin each for donuts and a full meal, I found myself folding and refolding mine a million different ways. Overall, service felt slow and a bit disjointed, like we weren't a priority. If the service improved, this would easily be a go-to brunch spot.
