We all have our donut opinions. I will say, these are not my favorite but they are a good option for a donut on the lighter, airy side. We tried the yeast style and then I went back for a cake style because I wasn't quite satisfied. I actually liked the flavor of the cake style donut...it packed more of a punch. We decided that the yeast style should be judged individually by flavor because some hit right and others flopped. Some flavors lacked flavor and the donut itself is so light, it needs the substance of the topping to make it special. The cinnamon crunch and coconut were our favorites. Strawberry and peanut butter cup were underwhelming somehow. And I liked the cake style (not pictured) best. I guess we would choose City Donuts when we wanted a light donut that you could eat many of, vs some of the other specialty donuts that one is plenty because they are dense or topping heavy. We are not local to the area so location didn't mean anything to us when we googled it. Lacking ambiance and not the prettiest area but a good grab and go option.

Came on an early Monday morning to a full display rack. I was pretty disappointed to find out that the blueberry cake donut is not available on Mondays. For buying so early in the day (around 7am), I expected them to taste more fresh. It almost seemed like they were from the previous day. The frosted donuts were overly sweet, and the cake donut was very dry. The shop was very empty when went. Quite disappointed overall.

Stopped by City Donuts while visiting Colorado. We went later in the morning so the donut choices were a little picked over but they still had a lot options overall. The options were simple and classic, nothing wild. I ended up getting a plain ole sprinkled donut. It tasted pretty fresh. We decided to dine in (to avoid getting crumbs and mess in our rental car) and it was a bit of a mess. There were more napkins on the floor than the napkin holder. The floor was sticky, had liquid spills and food/crumbs all over. They have 4 or so booths to sit at, they were all messy. I noticed that they only had one person out working the floor (serving donuts) and I understand she could not control/do everything but the dirtiness of the shop made me a little uncomfortable. The woman working there seemed busy behind the corner, wasn't very friendly BUT if I was the only one working and had to do everything, I'd be a little stressed and overwhelmed myself so I get it! The bathroom was also "out of order". So my tip would be, get your donut and go! They have a few designated parking spots in a little lot from what I could see.

Good donuts, friendly service. A bit expensive. Good selection in the mornings. Some of the parking is a little tricky.

This is a cute place with lots of donut options. The homer simpson in the window caught our eye. Odd parking though.

Walked in, saw they charge $2.50 per donut, walked out. No reason at all donuts for one person should cost $5-$7.50. No thanks.

I asked for cream and sugar, and she said it was on the counter inside. It was a giant cup of coffee (which is awesome) but it was filled to the top. So I burned my hand when I spilled it, trying to get in sugar. By this time I was very frustrated. I went back to my table and my food came up almost immediately. The server was smiling and friendly. The food looked amazing and tasted even better. Iordered almond les leches french toast, cheese grits and bacon. The greats are okay, but nothing specia but the french toast was out of this world. It was thick, cut, smoked bacon that tasted fantastic. The server and the food saved this visit for me. I am going to assume that the woman at the counter was having a bad day and not let it keep me from coming back.

The ube latte was perfectly sweet with a strong ube flavor. The space is cozy, welcoming, and a great place to relax with a cup of coffee. I ordered the Vietnamese coffee because, as a Vietnamese customer, I was excited to taste a familiar flavor from home. Unfortunately, it didn't taste like traditional Vietnamese coffee. It was quite mild and lacked the bold, rich flavor and sweetness that Vietnamese coffee is known for. I truly hope the owner will consider refining the recipe to make it more authentic. It would make the experience even better for Vietnamese customers looking for the taste of home, while also introducing others to what real Vietnamese coffee is supposed to taste like. But me and my mom found this place, and it's amazing. Yesterday, I drew the kind people working, and left it for them. Today, I came back, like we have for the past few days. The kind man offered me any item I wanted on the house, because they loved the drawings I did. I imagined they threw the drawings away, but to think they actually cared a lot about it made my week. Maybe even my month. A huge thank you to everyone who works here for being extremely kind and understanding. You gave me a place to be, somewhere I don't need to worry. Thank you. Now, for an actual review, the food here is very nice. All I really ate were the avocado toasts because that's all I'm familiar with, but of the two I tried, the supreme queen toast is the best. For service, the people here are very kind and attentive. Very respectful. And helpful, they will not make you feel stupid for having questions or needing a smaller menu (I have very bad vision for a 15 year old...). The ambiance is very nice. People are doing whatever they want or need, and don't care about you. Which is a good thing, especially for people who don't like loud or overwhelming spaces. Being open 24/7 is also very wonderful. Sometimes we're up late, after a day of forgetting to eat or just not having to the time to, having a place to eat and hang out is nice.
