I like the fact that he has his own area where he works. He's not some rim rim operation that pulls up in your driveway with a junky power washer. I have a Ford flex. It was pretty darn dirty when I bought it. It didn't look so dirty until he pulled the seats back. He did not add on to the original quoted price even though he spent an extra three hours on it. Mine was considered a small SUV. It has three rows of seats. I clean houses for a living and I am a perfectionist. I must say this owner Chris works by himself,so he knows the job is done right, and I must say he did a spectacular job! He met my standards by cleaning every nook and cranny even under things. He did not miss the door jams. He did a great job on the windows. He did the inside and the outside of my truck. It looks like and smells like a new truck and it is a 2009. He even got the stuff off the outside of the doors by the mirror. He also went out of his way and picked me up and dropped me off at home home. I would recommend this business, and I will definitely use Chris again. He did 100% better job than the other two businesses I used previously. Thank you Chris!

Don't waste your time…read more Disclosure: My car wasn't actually detailed. It's the awful - and arrogant in my opinion - attitude and lackluster customer service (actually disservice) that resulted in this review. I made the arrangement for outside detailing for Sunday, April 4. I received a confirmation notice the day of the scheduled work. Also got a text stating he was on his way and would be arriving in 13 minutes. Good start! I was outside working in my yard of my condo when a saw a white van pull into the driveway and parking area in the back. Different vehicle than what I'm used to seeing, and, since it was arriving at about the expected time, I gave the driver a nod. Maybe he didn't see that. Anyway, instead of coming to the front door where I was, he stayed in the van and, ALLEGEDLY, called me 3 times. When working outside, I do not carry my phone in my pocket. According to Danny, when I didn't answer, he drove off. However, I have an iPhone and there was NO record of ANY calls made to me. His excuse? He called the number I gave him. Baloney! I believe I know my own phone number. Why didn't he do what EVERY other person who has ever come to either do an estimate or work - and there have been many of both - and come to the front door and entrance??? I was waiting for him, and had set aside my time (I work for the Air Force and am not always home) for both outside and inside detailing. Here's the really bad part. Instead of manning up and sincerely (not just saying the word) apologizing, he stated that he always waits in his van and calls first. Too much of an effort to ring a doorbell like everyone else?? In the Emails that followed, he totally disrespected me by telling ME what I should have done. I made an appointment, and I was outside waiting for him, and yet I didn't do enough to contact him? Again, what contractor shows up and doesn't come to the door? Only him. His actual work might be excellent, but his attitude towards me was unacceptable. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED.

My car desperately needed an interior cleaning with dog's hair everywhere along with nose smudges…read moreand dirt from our hikes. My exterior was also bad with tree sap and road grime. The detailer was able to get all the dog hair out of the seats and even the little crevices between them. After the foam wash he made sure all the road grime and tree sap was off before applying the ceramic coating I asked for. This is my new detailer from now on and I don't even have to leave home.

I do not recommend this detail service. My car was left dirty even after a "full detail" -- with…read moretrash still in the cupholders, stains on the ceiling, and old wrappers left behind. They even left garbage in my driveway. When I contacted them, they acknowledged the poor service and agreed to a refund -- then completely ghosted me. No follow-up, no accountability. Save yourself the frustration. There are plenty of other places that actually clean your car and treat you with respect. This isn't one of them.
