First, one of the vacuums didn't work so I had to wait for someone else to move so I could use their spot. Second, the wash was not the best. There were still dead bugs on my bumper and they half dried my car. I pulled into a parking lot down the road to see if they dried it but there was still water on the back. I also noticed dried water spots around the car once I arrived at my destination down the road. I usually get higher priced washes but I'm driving back within the week or next week so I want to save that for when I get back home to California. I'm use to drying my own car and though this was one of those places. It really frustrated me. Waste of my valuable time when I could have went somewhere else. Lesson learned.

They are located next door to White Castle. This is a newer location that you do not have to navigate and align your tires into the metal grooves to get your car washed! They have multiple drive-up lines that move quickly. If you are a member of the Jax Unlimited Club, it reads your license plate and with a few screen taps you are on your way. The gate will raise when the previous cars clear a specific point. This also keeps the cars in arrival order. I love that! The Unlimited Club allows me to be a good steward of my car and I get my car washed as often as I like for a low monthly fee that is less than a dollar a day. They have optional FREE towel drying by their team and FREE self vacuuming. Clean towels are also available for you to dry your car yourself. Tipping is not expected or required. However, tips are split between the production team members and are gladly appreciated. There are many lanes for vacuuming just look for the blue hoses. The vacuum area also has air hose pistols to get those pesky leaves trapped between your hood and windshield. The area also includes a place to hang your mats while vacuuming them and trash cans. The other perks of this location is the floor mat cleaning area. They have a sink complete with cleaner and a scrubber plus a machine to clean your floor mats. They occasionally even hand out FREE dashboard wipes on arrival. JAX IS THE PLACE TO HAVE A CLEAN CAR ALWAYS!

For $35 plus tip I received an excellent exterior wash and interior clean. They gentlemen at the beginning of the wash even opened the doors and carefully power washed the door wells. The people at the end did a great job drying everything and the man who did all the interior work did a great job getting the dog hair out of the carpet and the dog prints off the windows, seats, and dash. There was only ONE car there when I arrived and it was already being serviced. I was told (very rudely) by the old lady with glasses that it would be 3-4 hours. I walked back outside to remove my son's car seat from the vehicle, a very rude gentleman asked me to move my car loudly and abruptly before I could inform him that I no longer had my keys. Fast forward, 1:15pm I called to check on my vehicle to be informed that they had JUST started on it. I immediately asked them to stop because it had already been 5 hours and it should have been completed. When I walked in, I retrieved my keys and walked out to my car to find my gas tank wide open. I went back in and asked for a manager to inform them that I would be filing a police report because I feel as though the tampered with my car. Once inside my vehicle to my surprise, it was WORSE than when I dropped it off. Apparently they "prepped my vehicle and sprayed the door jams and now there are water marks on my ceiling around EVERY door. When I spoke to the manager, Paul, he apologized and told me he would do absolutely NOTHING for me beside clean my ceiling THAT THEY DAMAGED...and I could bring my car back and continue to wait. After 5 hours I received nothing but a damaged vehicle and inconvenience. I will be filing a police report and a claim in court for someone to correct the issues that they have caused me. I told my friend who referred me to my them to never refer anything else to me! They charge the same price as the Chevy dealership and the Chevy dealership is more efficient. This is what you get for trying to support small owned businesses. Go to Matick Chevrolet, they are the same price and will have you in and out in 2 hours or less.
