There are Jax Kar Washes popping up everywhere! This location is the one I frequent the most of the multiple locations in Southfield. This is a no touch, no contact car wash. They offer monthly packages that you can actually have your car washed daily. The self-serve terminal allows you drive up and cameras capture your license plate to populate the screen with your account or you may pay with a debit/credit card. It proceeds to allow you your add an optional tip. Cash tips are also still accepted with the towel dry service upon your exit. There are rows of pull in vacuum options and towels to use to wipe down your car. The only drawback is my bumpers never seem to be clean. read more

Paid for the most expensive wash. I had a lot of weird insect remnants from A recent drive back on a country road route two in ohio. I paid for the most expensive wash.And went into the conveyor belt wrote down my window and wanted to tell the guy to the left to take extra care on the front where the insect stuff was at. He scolded me and said roll the up your window! So I told the guy to the right when I rolled down the window there and he even told the guy she wants to say something to you about the car. He did not care he turned the conveyor belt on and I was moving so I had no choice but to roll up my windows right away. BAD!!!!!! Had they brushed the front of my car off?Which I was trying to ask him to do I wouldn't be this dissatisfied with the wash!!!! hi read more

Professional and friendly service, despite the effort to push their monthly package on me every time I bring my car for a wash. The automation is good, and I've never had any damage done to my Lincoln. The hand dryers at the end are quick, but one time I had to point out where my bumpers were missed. Powerful vacuum machines are plentiful. I'd give them 5-stars if the price (sans monthly package) wasn't so high. read more

They lie about the charges. Told me I could pay an additional 5$ and they charged me double every month! No locations in my area and the pre wash and towel dryers barely do anything. 10 mile in Southfield is the worse location. Poor customer service. I felt like I was a complete burden for being there and giving my business. At least the people who towel dried my car were nicer. I waited to write this review, and I went back and forth as to whether I would write about my experience. Let me start with this car wash will never get my business again. While this car wash is conveniently located off a major freeway and near a busy intersection, it is convenient for many people that work in the area, their prices are great, but that's where it stops at for me. I had previously been to this car wash a few times before and never had any issues. Before you entire the actual car wash, or conveyor entrance of the car wash, you are coming in around a curb, so it may take you a minute to align your tires in the conveyor entrance, especially if you don't come to a car wash that has the conveyor like Super Car Wash. If you're wondering there are a few car washes that you can drive into, no conveyor belt/ tire aligning needed or car washes where an attendant drives your car through for you. Apparently, I came in at a wrong angle, and as I'm trying to align my tire on the conveyor, this man starts screaming and laughing at me and just was like turn your wheel turn your wheel. I'm like I'm trying, but please don't yell at me. I tried to explain to him how I don't usually use car washes with conveyors, but he didn't care. The other guy working with him was not nice either. My thing is you're in customer service at the end of the day, and the way he acted was totally inappropriate. You can tell someone what direction they need to go in without yelling and pointing, which is super rude. I seriously wanted to leave at that point, but another car was behind me. I got through the car wash and pulled out without getting a towel dry, and I have not been back since. I'm sure those two individuals I dealt with that day still work there, and probably yell at people who don't align their tires, but one day they are going to yell at the wrong person, and it may not be a pretty outcome. read more
